We are very satisfied and happy!

Breakfast was poor, staff was very cordial but weather didn’t help

This hotel is beautiful decorated and the lobby smells amazing. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. The staff brought us a birthday cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday making the celebration even more special. I would stay there again. Note: all food and drinks are priced in USD

Nos quedamos una noche con mi familia y la pasamos muy bien! La atención del personal es excelente, buena atención y muy atentos! El hotel está cerca del centro y tienes todas las tiendas y locales más importantes!

The hotel is undergoing renovations which was not advertised here on Expedia, we couldn’t even use the main elevator and had to use the service one (only has one main one). Also, the room we got this time was well under our expectations since we had already stayed before with them. The mirror was losing its reflectiveness and had this rusty spots all over, the bathtub had pink fungus and the showerhead was not in that good of a state, the walls were scuffed with suitcase rubber. The rest of the room looked pretty clean, but these stood up. Will probably be back even if it wasn’t by favorite stay.

Gracias por una estadía excelente.
