The property is perfect but not ac in my room. 1/2 of my stay I had to sleep on a couch at the lobby, at 1:45 am I was able to get a room with AC Punta Cana is very hot and very humid no way to sleep without ac. No towels in the room, called several times nobody reached out to get us towels Had to wait til 9:40 am when I was able to chase one of the cleaning crew and get the towels myself, To be able to take a shower and get bkfst. Very inconvenient worst expierience in my life for almost $400

I like everything well not really I didn’t like the quilt on the bed. I don’t like how it feels and you still can feel the cold of the AC but everything else is perfect the location , food the pool is beautiful and big.
