I stayed at hotel Dubai 3 days and it’s honestly horrible and also after I already paid online for the hotel the owner of the hotel charged me one hundred dollars for a deposit on the room he told me to pay in cash and then when I leave he would give it back and on my last day when I asked for my deposit he said I never gave him any money.i feel cheated and l believe that should be a crime. I’m leaving this review because no one should go through with that.

I like the parking had security. I dislike the noise. The room was not seal from noise outside. I could hear the conversation of the house next door. The area where this hotel is located is not desirable. There are limited dining options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However the room itself was not the best. There was no hot water for the shower. The beds only had sheets and no blankets. The neighborhood is rather rough, which is why I greatly appreciated how helpful the staff were. They helped us getting food and a ride to the airport.

The neighborhood was local and didn’t feel safe. Had it not been for our driver speaking with the manager for us we probably would not have stayed. The manager was very nice. This was a last minute booking due to our flight was cancelled and we just needed a pace close to the airport to stay for the night.
