The staff is great and entertainment staff is fantastic but changing rooms 4 times in the first two days is absolutely ridiculous. The key cards entry needs to be updated desperately and the beds need to be upgraded for sure.

I like everything during my stay. I did not like the delay during check in . They took a lot of time because the Expedia agent send me a wrong amount of guest for one room and I ended spending more and almost without room for other guests.

I love that everything is within walking distance and there’s a transportation around the property. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Carmen in the buffet was amazing and so did all the servers and bartenders. Thank you all for an amazing stay.

I was checked into a room that looked like it belonged in the side of a road. The bed was hard as a rock and the other one had nails sticking out from makeshifts made bed platform. The bathroom ceiling was then caving in. The bathtub was full of black mold ! It was advertised to have 24/7 room service which is why I booked it. Unfortunately, there was NO room service. With small children room service is a must when on vacation . Little did we know that when dinner was done that was it for the night and no bars were open passed 9pm. Not until I complained was I then offered a better room in a different part of the property. That part was 10xs better and had food service. Unfortunately they charged me 500$ more just for the upgrade. Here I was offered the 24/7 room service and a much better room. It was part of the villas on the property. The one part of the resort compared to the other was day and night! Unfortunately, that shouldn’t be since people are there to spend time with family and relax on vacation .

Good lunch and dinner option at buffet. Breakfast was the same every morning. Difficult to make restaurant reservations due to unavailability. Our room had a lot of mosquitoes and the shower was moldy. However we were able to change our room but even that shower was clogged. The room has only 2 electrical outlets - one in bathroom and the other in the room area (inconvenient). Kids water park closed when we got there. Overall clean resort but needs a total upgrade.

Everything was fine the food got better. On the day before I left I realized someone most likely the person that cleaned my room. Stole two pair of earrings they were rhinestone and silver earrings, and one of the earrings goes all the way up my ear. The earrings were brand new. I want a refund . I will never stay at this property. I hate for someone to steal from me. They could have just asked me and I would have gave them the earrings. I’m going to let everyone know not to stay at this property because the cleaners steal.

First I was nervous about going into this resort because of the reviews but every year I go to a different resort out domaicana this wasfor my son and this is the best resort I ever went to and the cheapest they food is amazing. Their drinks is amazing. Strong drinks buffet wonderful. I couldn't do reservations because of my son. I really don't need reservations. The buffy is just fine with me and my son pool's clean atmosphere, beautiful staff are happy. My room was in good conditions i was in the middle of everything. water park nice I will be back in November with me. My son once again, love it here.

To be a five star hotel it has nothing! I stay 4 days 3 nights they only permit 1 reservation at a diferent restaurant it didn’t allow me to do more reservations! The bed is terrible, to hard to sleep on it! The aircondition was nott working and there was allot of mosquitoes in the bedroom! The bathroom is uncomfortable and you could fall! It has a leaking in the bathroom and the roof seems to come down! The employees treat you according the language that you speak! The service was bad!! In the morning at the buffet you have to wait at leats 20 min so they can give you coffee! The food was terrible I had to eat outside because of this! Not staying again

Our stay at this property was pretty mediocre. The entire property is in desperate need of renovations! The pool floors are falling apart leaving rocky pieces throughout the pool which is very uncomfortable when waking around. The swim up pool bar stools are extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The food was average and they didn't offer a large variety. The daily activities and nightly shows were fun and entertaining. Housekeeping does NOT clean the rooms during your stay. They only come in to make the bed and provide towels. The staff are NOT friendly nor helpful and the "free airport shuttle service" is only free if you purchase a package/excursions. You MUST ask about it because they do NOT mention this when your purchasing the package. I spent $400 on two packages and the free shuttle service was never mentioned. Later, when I inquire about it, I was told that it needed to be added when I booked the excursions and since I didn't, it was too late to receive the shuttle service. So I had to pay an additional amount for a ride on their "free shuttle ". I called several times for assistance when checking out and no one ever came. Therefore we had to carry our bags down three flights of stairs (no elevators) and then walk over to the lobby. It was an ok stay but I do not recommend this resort!

Me gusto mucho , principalmente sus trabajadores principalmente las personas que trabajan en el buffet, iriana, marleny , geidy, juan miguel , anaudys, rumerlyn , y muchos q no tengo presente su nombre pero es lo mejor de este hotel, nos sentimos en familia por su amabilidad y buena disposicion para hacernos sentir plenos y contentos siempre ,con muy buena actitud siempre y lo mas importante excelentes seres humanos
