We had a wonderful time at barcelo beaches, had a few issues that guest services took care of immediately and made things fantastic for us, highly recommend the caribe buffet and the Kyoto Al a carte restaurant were our favorites, coral restaurant wasn't great in regards to service and the menu selection. The pool and beach were really great, bartenders were excellent and would definitely look to return in the future. Clakson from guest services and the whole team there really took care of us, really appreciate it.

Las facilidades son super bonitas. El cuarto estaba bien su cama super grande y comoda. El baño era grande y estaba limpio. El personal super atento. Luis uno de los muchachos de entretenimiento fue excelente. En donde no estuvimos muy satisfecho fue en la comida no habia variedad en los buffet y el rest siempre tenia un olor desagradable. Pero overall es un buen sitio para vacacionar pues el staff es excelente.

We stayed in the adults only part of the resort. Unfortunately in the adults only part there is on 1 ala cart restaurant and 2 sub par buffets. If you want to dine with table service you must take a shuttle to the family side of the resort and dine with the children. This defeats an adult only benefit. All activities are on the family friendly part of the resort which again, you must take a shuttle. The premier upgrade was not worth the price bc again, the premier dining was on the other side of the resort. We ordered room service frequently not have have to dine with families or at the buffets. The food with both room Service and Buffett was not good. In fact, out last day we did eat waiting to eat at the airport. The beach was lovely although the adult side is next to the marina where the party boats are docked so it could be quite loud at times. Staff very Friendly. All in all, We will not stay here again.

The resort was extremely nice. Huge selection of food. Lots of vegetarian options. The staff was amazing, always friendly always smiling. One staff member Luis G was always working hard, very engaging and friendly, a smile on his face everyday. The pool and beach were fantastic. Lots of activities at the resort.

The buffet options were not ideal, but the specialty restaurants were great. We never left and enjoyed everything we wanted to do on the property. The shower in the bathroom was horrible. The seal around the base was thinning or missing and water sprayed all over the floor every day. We had to get extra towels just to dry the floor and keep from slipping and falling. The last night, I saw a cockroach in my room. Before this, everything other than food was great. The lady who helped us in guest services was amazing. She went above and beyond every day.
