Great holidays! Wonderful resort, beautiful beach, friendly staff, clean room and good restaurants. Recommend! However, we didn’t get the chance to spend our resort credit because the voucher was valid only for some services we weren’t interested in.

Just an overall great experience. The food was good-the Pizza Shop was awesome, same with Chopsticks. The buffets had plenty of options as well. The staff was super accommodating and friendly, especially Domingo! The beach was absolutely stunning and the pool area was massive.

The property was clean and not crowded. The food was excellent. We stayed there not for two nights prior to our cruise, so we didn’t have opportunity to explore too much. However, we do not think upgrading to the Sun Ckub was worth, compared to similar upgrade at one of Hyatt’s resorts in Mayan Riviera.
