We stayed in a Sun club Garden room. The room was spacious and had great views. The cleaning crew kept things tidy. Our butler Steavens was wonderful. The bar tender Pedro kept good drinks flowing. Food was good too.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing. However, the food is terrible and the juice/flavoring used for drinks has a terrible after taste and has a lot of artificial colors and additives. I expected better food for a Hyatt property and unfortunately I cannot recommend the property to a friend.
