Poor WiFi connectivity, Many mosquitoes inside room. The room smells humid and musty and that smell transferred to our clothes. I requested additional towels in room to no avail, exit and entry steps around pool is non existent Wondering how the handicapped work around it. Only one towel booth far away with 3 pools on site, Trolley. Food and Entertainment needs improvement, did enjoy the wildlife around the resort. Very friendly and accommodating employees at all the restaurants much to our delight

Felt completely bamboozled by this resort. Food was bad, and the timing was off. Breakfast from 7-10:30, lunch 12-5 and dinner from 6-10:30. If you missed out during those time slots you’d be SOL. The cafe to get coffee didn’t open until late. The service was bad. The drinks were bad. The pool wasn’t very clean. They play outdated music and it’s the same playlist every damn day. The pool closes at 6pm. Just bad all around.

Property was very nice. Downside was that several activities (bowling, billiards, etc) advertised were only available at extra cost. Breakfast and lunch buffet was decent at best, but dinners were very nice. Be sure to pack your own sunscreen because the gift shop was amazingly high priced!

We stayed here for 11 days and it was an excellent time! The staff is soo friendly, they go out of thier way to help, accomodate and want you to have a great holiday! The food is amazing as well. Plently of variety and delicious! The room was great, the bed was comfy, the rain shower with lots of hot water was a treat! The entertainment was great with something going on all the time! The pools were good the water was warm, we thought the water was a bit cloudy though. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! We played tennis and its a great court. They provide raquets and balls. The cafe and coffee are delicious! Dominican coffee is fantastic. The staff there are sooo amazing, so friendly and fun! The ocean is beautiful there but theres lots of sea grass right now, but, they work long and hard to keep the beach as clean as they can! We would not hesitate to go back here again.

Good was not good at this time. The best meal we had was at the paid restaurant by the beach. The all inclusive food was the same everyday. We got very sick, we believe it was food poisoning.

Our stay was well spent and beautiful. We went for 4 days and we spent all doing excursions with the family. The only regret I have is that I didn’t make reservations for the dinners and we were stuck eating Buffett food for like 3 days straight. So don’t forget to make your reservations for dinner as soon as you finish check in. Overall, good hotel and good service.

It was fantastic!!! We didn’t pay for a “view”, but I didn’t expect to see a dystopian wasteland outside our window! I think they had cleared the land for another resort or an addition to ours. It was hideous and depressing, so we kept our curtains closed. We weren’t in our room much, so it didn’t end up mattering, for the most part. The food was epic! The shows, the lobby, the ice cream shop, cafe… just wonderful! The pools, swim-up bar, resident flamingoes! The grounds were magical. Most of all, though, was the beach. You can’t really do much to enhance it - it’s pure, heart breaking natural magnificence. The sand was soft, the waves were soft, the breeze was soft. There’s a reason this place is well-loved.

These employees were exceptional. Enrique, Angel, De la paz, Darwvin, Fran, Felicia, Javier Peguero. They made our stay one we will never forget. Funny, Kind, Helpful, above and beyond the best. Javier thank you for always making sure we had a place to enjoy by the pool. Thank you! Now a few things I did not like, No stairs in the pool. It was extremely difficult to get out. The air conditioner in the room was not working well. Too warm in the room. Too much sea weed in the water. Too many vendors on the beach.

Lovely beautiful grounds/ great staff

Very nice hotel with great staff as a solo, senior citizen and a very, very short, senior citizen. I found the pool to be too deep even at the swim up bar it was up to my neck and there are no railings to get in and out of the pool, but it’s a beautiful hotel. The nature is magnificent. The lobby bar is great not sure I would go back because of the safety issues in the pool.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and wanting to help and accommodate all situations. Housekeeping does well with cleaning but is very inconsistent with what towels are put in your room. Pool next to building A needs to be redone as the concrete is chipping away inside the pool. A couple of the restaurants are ok but overall the food is not good. Daily activities at the pool are great but the night time entertainment is not.
