Mi primera ves en un resort de este tipo, nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, viajamos con una niña de 3 años y el personal del resort estaba muy atento en acomodarnos en todo lo posible, la variedad de la comida en el buffet muy buena, gracias a Geisha,Maximo y Joan muy agradecidos por la atencion,los restaurantes a la carte excellente la comida, nos gusto el entretenimiento por las noches y la pasamos muy bien, en el camino a casa ya planeavamos nuestro proximo viaje de regreso, por ultimo una critica construtiva, los bartenders deberian ser un poco mas friendly. Gracias a todos por los recuerdos.

We saw roaches in the buffet dining area and one in our room. Resort was dated and didn’t feel clean and food was horrible.

The resort is nice with nice pool and restaurants and I would give them 5 stars, but because the beach was not cleaned up for three days and cockroachers were our "guests" in our VIP room I am giving 2 stars.

It was pretty decent but alcohol was weak and nasty, food was sometimes good but mostly not and besides the buffet the menu doesn’t have much to choose from. Staff was friendly enough but does not go the extra mile, barely even saw them smile. Also for anyone reading this the pool closes at 6pm but doesn’t say that on the website at least not easy to find.

Bathroom no vents no locks and a glass door! Food was bad staff knew no english. The main buffet restaurant had no AC and all the food looked like it was melting. The pool was nasty. The road to walk on had broken tilea all over which were dangwrous my kids tripped and fell multiple times
