Property was beautiful but quite a few things. The food was not nearly the best. I got food poisoning my second day and was throwing up all night after the buffet. The room had a very strong stale smell to it and the AC blew out very humid air. Nights we would wake up sweating. Shuttle service says 24 hrs around the resort but it in fact was not 24 hours. Many time we had to walk from the lobby all the way to our room which was about a 5-7 min walk. Food is very limited around certain times. No vegetarian friendly options in dining halls. Food sits out in buffet and temperatures are very hot. During breakfast they had yogurt out that looked like flavored milk because it was melted from the heat. Many things could’ve been better. This resort was semi lovely but I will not return. Security pick and chooses who to let in and out the gate for Ubers. They don’t care if you’re carrying luggage or walking in heels. They will make you walk to your Uber. Sad.

Very disappointed with the new way of allowing the local people come for the weekend. It was horrible, no respect for the guests in the restaurants or pool. Recycling the glasses and not washing them properly, disgusting. We had the entire family there and will never go back

My stay at Caribe Deluxe Princess was amazing! We had other plans in Destin, FL but due to a hurricane warning we decided to book this trip last minute the night before, and we are so glad we did! Our check-in experience was excellent. Ambar from the Front Desk was super friendly. She was able to modify my reservation last minute from 1 to 2 persons and also gave us dinner reservations for our full stay. Enrique from the lobby bar was always down for a great conversation and always had a smile on his face. His cocktails were delicious! Willington at the pool bar was also amazing! It was our first time in an all-inclusive and in Punta Cana we are already planning to come back. Thank you for a relaxing and amazing stay!

STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN I WALKED IN THIS PLACE THINKING I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE TIME OF MY LIFE. 1. Once my family and I walked in the lady by the bar did not serve us stating the service was for guest as if we were animals. 2.My grandmother fell due to wet floors broke her hip and no help was provided. Missed the whole party because she had to be transported by helicopter. 3. The WORSE ive never been to an all inclusive that room service wasn’t included had to pay for a pizza my daughter order. 4. The fridge in the room HOT. 5. Dirty towels, sheets, well no towels better say. You call reception or room service either they hang up or they busy they just dont want to be bothered. 6. The parts in certain room area were falling apart, my family and I had over 5 rooms or 2 phones worked. 7. Once you go out the resort be careful you get attacked by security like literally. One of them called us BLACK and garbage. 8. Only place I can say had the best service was the Mexican restaurant. It got so serious the general manager had to come to the hotel.!!!! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Beach area was nice and clean. Water was beautiful. The check in process was easy and front house staff were pleasant. Food was decent at best. The worst was housekeeping. We had to ask several times everyday to get fresh towels. Not because we were using so many but because none were provided at all. We couldn’t get wash cloths or hand towels for our entire stay no matter how many times we asked. The sheets were a little dirty and we asked to get them changed but it never happened. When we did get towels the used ones were left in the shower but the housekeeping staff never remove them. You could tell this was common practice because the floor of the shower was dirty and had mold build up. Nothing was ever cleaned. Breakfast was only ok. When arriving in the morning the tables didn’t have cups or silverware. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes for coffee sometimes. I try to keep in mind the wait staff work long hours. The folks working early morning breakfast were also working late diner shift. The resort needs to do better. I would not return to this resort.

It’s a beautiful resort but the service is absolutely horrible everyone is extremely rude about everything the men for room service don’t knock and just enter your room and sit down and decide to have conversation happened more than one the room service also just entered when they pleased all times of night and day even when asked not to the security is rude and very picky on what they let slide the food is nasty from room service the Mexican and the buffet in the day time the service is the worse they are disrespectful we basically set up out own tables getting reservations is like pulling teeth and most of the food is bad any way they close the pools at 7pm and room service is not included you have to pay for it

I love the Caribe Deluxe Princess, my room 2108 was right next to the Beach, Pool and the Buffet. The hotel was relaxing and beautiful. The Spa massage was outstanding, and the customer service was excellent. They have mini golf course, which was so much fun. They also have a shuttle golf cart that takes you around the Hotel Property since is a big property. Just amazing :) I will definitely go back.

We love the natural settings of this hotel-plants, trees, flowers, grass, the beach, the varierty of birds and animals are very good; the entrance, the buildings, amd nature is well maintained. Ninethless, the humidity and heat even in the night time is sofocating. The gigantic cana entramce needs a big commecial fan in its center and the night event area needs at least two big commercial fans to make it humanly possible to enjoy these 2 beautiful areas.

The place is best for teenagers. If you are booking the place to save money, it can suffice. But if you can spare extra money, it’s best to upgrade to a better place. The cleanliness of the place is very questionable. Lots of flies in the dining area. The bedding smells like molds. The washroom tiles is filled with grimes. The buffet is open for service almost the entire day. But all other restaurants are only available upon reservation. You are limited to only book 1 restaurant per day, and each restaurant have very limited availability. Within our 4 day stay we were only able to book El Pilion.
