It’s a quiet place for any sort of holidays and nice and Huge hotel with the beach right next to it. Absolutely stunning view! staff are friendly and very approachable however I didn’t like the fact that there is no lifts . If you travelling with kids or elderly people consider mention or contact to request a room easily accessible otherwise you then you will be in the last floor with no lift access. Definitely they need to upgrade and fit lifts and better Wi-Fi connection was poor. Most of the times only caught good connection when leaving the room.

Property grounds were beautiful. Rooms were clean but bathroom and shower had a small odor. 5 restaurants and two buffets to choose from. Food options were average with one pr two a la carte restaurant being exceptional. Staff and bar tenders wede friendly and easy to work with. We would come back but hope the food would approve. Beach was beautiful

The buffet staff were either rude one day and nice the next. Especially the night time guys at the sport bar. I had mentioned to the staff in reception before i arrived that me and my husband were going for our honeymoon and they didnt do anything that they said they would they just kept saying "were sorry we'll have someone bring something tomorrow afternoon" and they never did.. The food overall was delicious hands down! The house keeper and room was always kept very clean which i loved. The activites around the place were awesome. The pool staff kept everyone on their toes and made it fun and they were also part of the theatre which was double the fun and great energy. Would go there again and give them another chance because the place was clean and interesting.

I didn't like that my father fell off the dangerous steps in our room & hurt himself, spent a day at the hospital, trip ruined, went home 10 days early, & management would not even cover hospital bill. They offered nothing. This was our second 2 week visit to this resort. It will most certainly be our last

I had an interesting experience to say the least. The property is nice but need better upkeep. The grounds should be sprayed to control insects from entering indoors. Steisi and Oliver are incredible at their job and do care about guests. If it wasn’t for them I would’ve left after the first hour. This hotel has the potential but without making improvements with food, housekeeping, and insects control it won’t have longevity. Best of luck but I won’t return.

worst place ever
it was a very bad experience children were running around during breakfast and dinner could not get a plate. the first room they gave me someone else was already in it. the next room had a flood, and the third room had a million flies and i got bit all over my body. i only book this room after leaving the Rio and if i would have only come here it would had mess up my whole experience in DR.

Overall it was a nice resport but the rooms couldve been cleaned better. The white towels arent white, the toilet seat in my room wasnt clean. Walls were dirty. The food is definitely a hit or miss. The men on the property working with the excursions are super aggressive and annoying. Thats one major reason why i was annoyed with my trip. One of them lied and said we were getting a welcome package but the welcome package meant we would have to watch a presentation for 90 mins so that was misleading. I wish i could get some of my money back from this vacation which was supposed to be relaxing because we were stressed every day trying to avoid these people but they were stationed in front of the building where we were staying so it was difficult

Good basic resort in general terms. Food and amenities were good. Service quality is hit or miss. Staff members are generally very nice but sometimes they seem overwhelmed and understaffed so you might get annoyed attitudes. Bed sheets were dirty but we called reception and they were changed immediately. Getting to the resort is dependent on very expensive taxi service ($35 each way) since there is no public transportation and the drivers are aggressive even if you have a friend picking you up. So if you want to explore other areas it will be more difficult. This is a general problem with Punta Cana.
