It was a wonderful experience however we kept complaining of the malodorous bathroom which we thought it’s their sewage system after so many attempts of cleaning and putting artificial scents. We kept calling front desk to refill our water bottles, towels, and our hammock. The cabinet where the fridge is completely old and it’s practically broken. We completely understood though, they were fully booked and those were just minors. The entire experience was absolutely incredible. My sister and I had an awesome time. We even got a 25 mins free massage by the beach courtesy of Catalonia.

The personnel is friendly. Needs attention to the cleanliness of the rooms specially the shower. We have to walk to the entrance gate because our transport wasn't allowed to enter to pickup us when departing. Very inconvenient. If you're looking for a place to rest and unwind this is not the place, to many noises in the early morning when the staffs start their work day, otherwise is goog for people who like to enjoy the beach, swimming pool and other activities. Is not for us.

I loved it, the staff was incredibly kind and warm, the food and drinks were good and always available, it has a lot of activities to do during the day, you won't be bored if you are an active person but still have sites and time to chill out if you don't want to do anything during the day. The beach is calm and clean, perfect for families with kids. One thing I liked was the pizza and sandwich bar right next to the pool.

The food was horrible and it was hard to get a reservation to get into the specialty restaurants. Staff was not very friendly and seems like they were annoyed and didn’t wanna help. Vendors on the beach were very annoying constantly asking for you to buy things and do excursions even when you said you’ve done them already or you were not interested they would come up to you every day 34 times a day and would not give up.

The Privilege side of resort is good but the regular side is really bad puddle of water all day in my room from the AC which is very dangerous room was old and decor is old fashion they are hand washing the glasses in a bucket of water and reuse them every one in my party had sore throat

Very nice hotel, property was very nice quiet. Mostly family-oriented so keep that in mind. Service was great staff was excellent. Our check in was a bit slow but they made up for it with a complimentary bottle of wime which was above and beyond. My only complaint was the food. It was ok but again for spending almost 600 usd for 2 night we expected a bit more in this area. Also and this is just a common theme in all inclusve hotels in punta cana, but i wish there was more tradition dominican food and recipes being represented. No offense but i can get chicken tenders, pizza, and sandwiches anywhere but where was the local cuisine and flavors? I think this is something that needs to be of more focus. Ultimately i am there to experience dominican culture and you cant separate dominican culture and dominican cuisine so i think there needs to be more of a focus on that. As a chef in nyc, I look forward to going to different countries and trying THEIR cuisine not a makeshift version of what they thinl i want.
