I didn't like the fact that we paid for an upgrade on arrival and our television did not work until the last day. No accommodation was giving nor was in the in room breakfast.

Adults only side nice and quiet, easily reserved restaurants for each night of stay, areas outside of room well maintained and clean, food choices were ample and very good, beverages were okay, staff for most part were friendly and accommodating, live entertainment was average, pool activities need enhancements, djs were very good. Did not like attempt to charge $25. per person per night for room I booked and paid for already. No TV entire stay which is not a big deal but when you want to unwind or start the day it is. Room is a little dated but it was clean, house cleaning does a good job. Beach area during this time suffers from sargassum and limits water use.

Our honeymoon was perfect because of the experience we had in this resort. The only thing we were not fond of is one particular waitress in the Italian restaurant at the adult only section as she accomodated us in our reservation but was not so kind and was talking about us behind our back. Otherwise our trip would be 110% perfect.

This place is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The ONLY gripe with this resort is the room service food is nothing to desire. Fries are fries, but the lettuce for salads and sandwiches never seemed fresh and a lot of times there were green tomatoes be it in a sandwich or salad. Other than that I’d say it was a 4.5 out of 6

Adults only- the best thing! Service- excellent! Everyone is very committed to make feel great! From the Front desk to the one giving towels, all of them were very attentive, nice and treated us like royalty! The room was huge and beautiful! We had ocean view and 2 restaurants 2 mins away from our room. Great location! Cleaned and well maintained! BEWARE: they will invite you to a “vip breakfast “ … it is to sell you their travel club and you will spent 3-4 hours… we didn’t buy anything though Other than that: great place to stay! We had a great time!
