Very nice people,all the employees were fantastic, Omar our concierge was the best, we had a problem with our original room and he transferred us to a new room within minutes, he’s great!! About the property I think the elevators for the handicap people are very far away from the center of the resort. Another downfall is that when it’s raining there are no halls that connect to restaurants or to the lobby. Overall I think this resort is over rated, I will give it a 4 starts tops.

I do not recommend this hotel. The AC didn't work. The restaurants they were open only one We went a party of 6 of them Change like three timesThe room and steal the a c didn't work They only have AC on the prefers areas. The food was very bad, same food in all the restaurants

The staff was very good The propiety the ac Didn't work We went a party of 6 and the rest of the crew. They changed them 3 different room and the AC do not work. They used to close the restaurants because it was a low season. And he had only one restaurant open. I do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and had a fantastic time! The grounds are meticulous, the staff is wonderful, and it's quiet and very safe! Beach is very clean and monitored by security. Water park and pool are fun too for kids! Only reason I don't give it five stars is because I feel the pool and waterpark close to early at 6:00 p.m., also we asked for a partial ocean view on Expedia and we didn't get that. We got a Garden View. When I mentioned that to the concierge they told me to take that up with Expedia and there was nothing they could do about it. Other than that all else was wonderful!

La única observacion es que nos entregaron las habitaciones una hora mas tarde de lo indicado al momento de la reserva.... y la piscina de río no estaba en buen funcionamiento......por lo demas dire que las habichuelas muy cómodas, la comida y bebida buena, instalaciones en buen estado

I stayed with my husband and 2 young kids and absolutely loved it. The staff was wonderful. The ladies at the cafe were incredibly sweet and kind to my 3 year old, who visited almost daily during our stay. My only complaint was the food. There wasnt much variety and it felt like we were eating the same thing everyday.
