I didn’t receive the room upgrade. The room was so far at the end. A lot of walking around then difficult to find a staff for help. I asked for late check out but the response was if available will be extra charge. Other hotels 🏨 are more flexible.

Queremos agradecer a varios empleados que su trato hizo la diferencia. En los restaurantes el servicio de Bileile y Maribel fueron excelentes, siempre pendientes a nuestra mesa y muy amables. También Eduardo siempre atento que nuestro mini bar no faltara nada, su servicio eficaz y amable hizo la diferencia.
