Beautiful extremely clean resort. Most of the staff very friendly. The massage at the spa was fantastic. The pool area was very clean. The beach was nice and well maintained. The food was very good and the drinks were great. Our room was beautiful and the maid service was fantastic. Always clean towels. It was exactly what we were looking for a peaceful restful vacation.

The staff is absolutely amazing! If you want a great server, Jenny Victor and Carlos are your go to servers. Entertainment, Kayla, Mini Cooper and Carlos are the best. Tons of things ti do at the resort. Our jacuzzi in room and at bldg 6 was broken. The food this time wasnt very good. After eating at Spice i got sick for 2 days. They cancelled the Dominican dinner due to low capacity but the shows were great

Absolutely amazing stay at Excellence El Carmen! From the stunning grounds to the world-class service, everything exceeded our expectations. It's the staff, in particular, who truly make this resort a five-star experience, and we wanted to give a special shout-out to some of the incredible entertainers. Yari was an absolute highlight! We started our mornings feeling refreshed and centered thanks to her wonderful yoga classes. Her positive energy is infectious, and we also loved her creative bracelet-making sessions. It was the perfect way to relax and take home a special memento of our trip. For all the sports enthusiasts out there, Twenty One is your guy! He brought so much enthusiasm to every game and activity. His energy and encouragement were a blast and made the various sports tournaments so much fun. Our evenings were always exciting thanks to Mini Cooper. He kept the energy high with fantastic dancing and brought the competitive spirit to our poker nights. His entertaining personality made every night a memorable one. And a huge thank you to Carlos for making volleyball so much fun! He organized incredible games and his passion for the sport was contagious. He is a true master of creating a fun and engaging atmosphere on the court. The entire team made our vacation unforgettable. Beautiful Property. The hotel's entire staff were amazing. The swim-up room option allowed for us to have a more personalized experience. The beach was a bit rugged due to environmental degradation. But the huts and cabanas alongside the shore made up for it! Planning my next stay!

The resort itself is very clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Outside of the resort and or excursions the area is extremely dirty. There is yeah absolutely everywhere. Closer to the airport got cleaner. The beach is not too appealing as well. Lots of seaweed and drift wood. Don't know if it's a season thing or not. Also the beach is very grey color.

As this was my 1st time at an all inclusive I don’t have much to compare it to but I thought this place was great. The all staff was friendly and everyone treated me like they knew me. The grounds was beautiful and clean. Food was good at most of the restaurants I tried.
