We had booked a special birthday trip with the grandparents in May 2025. The resort is special and has a great pool and water park that we felt were not as well advertised as they were standout features of the resort. They had dance shows yes, magic shows and other activities poolside every single night we were there, which everyone really enjoyed. We traveled in a large group ranging from 4 to 74 years old, and everyone had something to do at this place which we liked. The restaurants were varied and all generally very nice, although the concierge level service helped getting reservations as this was a busy time at the property. Our little girl turned 4 and the concierge planned a nice celebration and decorations to make it extra special for her. The only negative I had was the private tour operator they had in the resort Who frankly should be banned as they do not run a professional operation. We were promised something end got something quite different when we booked a boat trip with them, which left a bad taste in the mouth at the end of what would otherwise have been a magical memorable trip for our daughter with her grandparents.

The facilities were beautiful and the staff was friendly and attentive. Their family concierge service was of no benefit and the process for making reservations at the various specialty restaurants within the facility was almost entirely ineffectual. We tried to get reservations and the specialty restaurants for each night we were there, but were told they could only accommodate half of our group but then the restaurants were half empty. Frustrating.

The hotel exceeded expectations, particularly when it came to the accommodations. We stayed in a Master suite with an adjacent connected Junior suite, which was perfect for our family of five and provided convenient space for everyone. **Check-in Experience** The check-in process had some complications. Although we were charged for our stay several days before arrival, the front desk claimed they couldn’t locate the payment when we arrived. Despite showing them the charge on my card app, we had to pay again with a different physical card. Due to conflicting information from management about refund timelines, I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company. **Dining** The food quality was excellent overall, though the dining experience had mixed results. The main buffet was outstanding and consistently satisfying. However, the specialty restaurants were disappointing for several reasons: - Reservations were difficult to secure upon arrival - The daily booking requirement was inconvenient - Portion sizes were extremely small - more like appetizers than full meals - After trying two restaurants, we found ourselves returning to the buffet like many other guests **Entertainment** The entertainment program needs significant improvement. **Recommendation** Despite the payment issues and restaurant limitations, the quality of the rooms stay was pleasant.

We had a great stay, room was great and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dining options were good, including the buffet. We had family concierge which we were really happy with. Fransua was extremely helpful and went out of his way. If you’re thinking of family concierge, we definitely recommend you ask for him. We recommend Paradisus and we will likely go back one day ourselves.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. This is my fourth time there and they do not disappoint. We went to celebrate my mother‘s birthday. I contacted the hotel before we got there and they had champagne and cake for my mother when we got to the room we had two swim Suites, Susana was our concierge she was amazing! Luisa checked us in and all my family members she was awesome! Room service takes about one hour or so , so you have to order ahead of time but the choices are delicious. Tori staff and Peruvian restaurant as well as the steak were very attentive and on top of their game, Daniel the bartender was the best!! he even made cocktails for my six-year-old kids, and carlos was assigned to to bring us drinks to the swim area where we had our rooms, I can’t even begin to describe this man, so Friendly professional always happy and never ever got our drinks wrong ! Wishing all the staff the best! We will be coming back soon
