Beautiful property with very big rooms, we are family of 4 and 6 could had definitely fit. Food is decent in the buffet like any other, we enjoyed Karnica and Tori for dinner and room service is a must!!! Their fajita tacos & pizza were great!

We have stayed in Paradisus resort in Mexico and it was lovely… so we decided to stay in Punta Cana Paradisus. We were a large group and 2 of them and cash stolen from their room by housekeeping. It really ruined our vacation. Apart from that… it looks like staff is helpful but in the end nothing gets done. It was awful.

Excellent vacation!

We just returned from an amazing 8-day stay at Paradisus Grand Cana, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless and relaxing. The highlight of our stay was definitely our incredible concierge, Leonela Calderon – she was truly exceptional! Leonela went above and beyond every single day – helping us plan our activities, arranging dinner reservations, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She was kind, sweet, supportive, and consistently helpful – a true gem! The all-inclusive experience was exactly what we needed – stress-free and full of joy. We simply ate, drank, enjoyed the sun, the beach, the pool, and even had amazing massages. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our suite was spotless and spacious, and the pools were always clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to return – thank you Paradisus for giving us a vacation to remember!

The food in this resort is horrible! I got sent a raw burger 3 times! It always comes cold and nasty!!!! I went to the buffet and the waiter came up to my table and took out plates before being done with our food!! (The uncooked meats sits in its blood for hours until someone asks for it to be cooked on the grill)! (The bathroom was my best friend the first 2 days) Every time we went to make a dinner reservation she said no the restaurants were full, which is untrue because we walked by them and they weren’t!! The room was very nice! The hospitality not so much!! Overall I will not return to this hotel!!

We were unfortunately less than impressed with our stay and would not recommend this resort. We chose the butler option expecting an enhanced experience, but it didn’t deliver on its promises. Check-in was unwelcoming, and the staff seemed bothered by the fact that we had children in our group. On the first night, we couldn’t get dinner reservations because our butler wasn’t available until the next day. Once he arrived, he secured a reservation at Tori, which was underwhelming except for the tartare. From day one, we requested the steakhouse, but it never happened. By day three, the only option we were offered was a 9:30pm reservation—completely unrealistic for a group with children. The next night, no effort was made, and we were sent to Mangú, which we had already eaten at multiple times for lunch, trying to avoid the repetitive buffet. On our final night, we met other guests who had no butler service and still managed to dine at the steakhouse their first night. That confirmed how poorly we were managed. When we raised our concerns with customer service, no one seemed to care. To top it off, our butler texted us at 5:40pm with a 6:00pm dinner reservation—again, not practical with kids. We were also supposed to receive a $200 credit for our room and $90 toward the spa, but we were never informed about either during our stay. Our complimentary bottle of wine arrived the night before we were leaving—too little, too late. The overall service was unfriendly,

Very nice, I'll be back.

Very nice resort. The room was amazing. Great food and service. Beautiful and comfortable for a family vacation w/ kids. The only issue I had was that there was a wedding at the resort and our room was next to one of the wedding guest and they always arrived late night, drunk and loud, and we can hear them loud and clear, even in private affairs! We called the front desk and they handle the situation (both nights). My recommendation to the property is that the start accommodating wedding guest next to each other so they won't bother other guests sleep.
