So the property is a very new property. But what i didn't know is that it isn't completed so you are literally staying on a construction site with only 1 phase completed, which is where we stayed. The rooms do not have microwaves ,just the stove and oven which was ok but i did go buy foil so i could warm up food . I really do think this is going to be a beautiful place once complete. It did have Roaches because of the construction iam sure ,but that wasn't to bad . Also you are literally right next to downtown area so you can walk to the mall ,store, food ect.. but there is no side walk as of yet so you definitely have to take that into consideration . Lastly you are not right by the beach, you have to take a taxi or uber to get there so if you are expecting this ,then you may want to book else where . Now would i stay here again..i absolutely would..but i think i want to go back once it's finished..my honest review

This was a fantastic stay for my wife and I. Everything was new, clean, modern and beautiful from the rooms, facilities, restaurant/bar and pool. Rafael and Eric, the bartenders were very kind as well as the facilities driver, Junior. They were all profesional, personable, kind and went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience and service. We feel like we truly made friends staying here. I will come back here every time!

I booked this hotel last minute because we had a situation with our original plans to stay at a resort, so we needed something quick and to be honest this was better than staying on a resort. we ate at the restaurant, the food was OK at the restaurant, but the room itself was clean and beautiful. We didn’t have time to go shopping, but we were told that there is some shopping area around the corner

We had a terrible experience, i would never recommend this to anybody not even to my worst enemy. Horrible front desk workers. Hotel was very ugly and the workers were very disrespectful towards me and my mom. When all we did was respect them and be nice to them and we could not receive the same back.

The property itself is wonderful and staff were super helpful. The pool was great and they had a great bar service. Rooms are so spacious with a kitchen and washer/dryer. The area around the property isn’t great, Ubers have hard times finding the place for some reason. It is not safe walking around that area at night, if you’re trying to get to the downtown plaza order a taxi.

While me and friend stood at this hotel the staff was great and everything was always clean. The hotel is near downtown punta Cana so we decided to walk to one of the stores to get food on our last night there and as we were walking back a trans man tried to rob me and pepper sprayed my friend trying to get money from us I think if the Dominican Republic wants to keep having American come to spend money they have make it more safe and accessible for use while there. Just my opinion.
