Food was horrible. Very limited options. Staff were not so friendly. My check out experience was the worse ever. The resort called me a day before my travel. And told me to be at the lobby by 2pm. Cos that’s when the airport transfer that I had paid for would arrive. I arrived at the lobby before 2pm. Waited until 2:10. Only to be told that my car had arrived at 1:00pm, waited for 45mins and left. None of the hotel staff could call my room to inform me that there was a change in pickup schedule and that my car had arrived earlier than expected. The lady at the reception was so nonchalant about it. I ended paying extra for a taxi, just so I could get to the airport. But missed my flight.

The Good: very family friendly on Finest side and great wifi everywhere, even outdoors. The Bad: everything else. Long delays for check-in, even with Finest Club. Failure to have actual room booked, then nerve to attempt the sale of an upgrade (laughing). Service is non existent, room service orders and simple requests (like water) are completely ignored, Finest Club service useless to fix even minor issues, room fridge and toiletries not restocked, food awful everywhere, inaccurate (mandatory) phone app, restaurants closed without notice, completely unpolished/unprofessional staff (although most were very kind). No benefit at all to paying for Finest Club access - there are no special perks or treatment and they don’t even check or enforce access to “club member only” areas. Disclosure: This review is for a family with Finest Club access. AI’s are not our usual, but this was pitched as the best of the best. We had no special needs and very reasonable expectations considering it was an AI. This is NOT a luxury resort by any means if you are choosing between this and Casa de Campo, as we were, you now know which to choose - pay the extra money.

The property is beautiful, lush and tropical. The decor is modern and new. The only downside is the beach. The beach isn’t the prettiest on the island. The staff and resort made up for it. Plenty of play areas for families with children. The hotel is top tier for this area. The spa is also very nice.

Amazing stay and the kids had a blast . Honestly nothing negative can be said about the resort . If you stay here and you leave unhappy, you just should not travel at all.

Property- updated and elegant. Amenities available in most suites, private pool was a treat! Food- plenty of options for the most selective to not be hungry! Restaurants our well thought out with a shared play area for children including a children's buffet in the Market Kitchen. Beach- sadly covered in seaweed but the wooden boardwalk path to the lounge chairs was very convenient. Aqua Bar was a family favorite with the amazing staff, especially Guillermo and honestly the hospitality of the staff here is what makes it, EXCELLENT. We were welcomed so warmly by the Bell Hop, Franklin, that we requested he escort us out!

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Food choices were great. The only issue we had was that rooms weren’t always visited by housekeepers early; we sometimes came back in late afternoon to find rooms not cleaned yet.

This property was very clean. The food was very good. Lunch buffet waa a mix of all the restaurants. Our room was great. Top shelf liqour at all bars ans in our room! The excellence club staff was great! I needed bug spray and they found me a bottle that i could keep in my room.the pool and bar were amazing and they made my bday a great day. I would recommend this resort 👌

The property was very well kept. One of the cleanest resorts I’ve stayed at. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Yayson on the beach provided great service. The resort really catered to kids. They had scheduled activities throughout the day. Every restaurant had a separate room for kids to play while parents enjoyed their meals . I would highly recommend this resort and plan to come back soon.

Great hotel for families, plenty to do for the kids. Not a huge dea, but worth a note, if you don’t stay in a club level room your food options from 11-12 are limited and I believe there isn’t a bar open from 6-7pm

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay with our 3.5 yr old. We stayed for six nights and loved the room, the service and the pools. The staff was friendly and warm and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. They had so many great things for kids to do but the best was the pool bubble slides that were so much fun! The food was better than the average all inclusive. The spa was stunning and my massage was Veronica was awesome. The gym was another highlight - any exercise equipment you could dream up is there. Overall - excellent hotel and would definitely recommend.
