The property is gorgeous and the weather was perfect. The staff was attentive and friendly during my stay. I wish the food was better and the quality of the food was better…some days the food was hot and some days it was cold… the food is mostly bland. The only decent meal I had was at the Le Gourmet restaurant on the property. The wait staff was impressive. The food was good but not excellent. Overall I enjoyed my time there and it was very relaxing.

I loved the people, everyone was very nice to us, Delbin at front desk was very helpful. In our room bathroom the shower was leaking water but it worked so there was not much to complain about that. Overall a good experience.

Very spacious rooms, food was good, service was good. Depending on where your room is it’s a long walk for food or to the front desk, etc. Very beautiful property. There is no room service also nor can you bring food back to the room. Hard to get reservations for specialty dining. Need to book a good time in advance. I would come back.

Overall, we have a good time at the resort. Staff were excellent and very helpful, and the facilities were nice. There were some maintenance issues during our stay - unfortunately the hot water wasn’t functioning for the week we were there, so showers were cold (luckily the weather was hot so it was easy to warm up after :) ). Food was good - we preferred the buffets to the a la carte, but that is all subjective and more a matter of personal taste. A tip for those booking with this resort - if you like to get to sleep prior to 11pm, request a room away from the main lobby/ entertainment area. The performances and activities run to 10:45pm most nights and are very lively (excellent but loud). We were in a room directly adjacent to this main area and noise penetration was high. Again, not unpleasant - just something to know about so you can plan accordingly if you are a “early to bed, early to rise” type.

The property is well maintained and clean. Food was not the best, but is edible. Would prefer more seasoned to taste foods on site. Also, they need more entertainment considering it’s an all adult resort.
