Not enough water in bathroom.Not treated for mosquitoes.The water in the sea smells like feckless and very dirty. I got diarrhea and when I asked front desk to help me with information they told me that doctor is not available and I need to pay for him because it’s not included in my stay and pharmacy is missing in the resort. They tried to sell me product like Imodium for $75!?…The front desk supervisor told me that they have contact with the only that pharmacy.The front desk staff was not provided any information that this medicine I can find on the store across the front desk for only $6…In this resort isn’t possible to order taxi or Uber- every travel have to be booked by “guest service “ department…!? organized group to rob guests of the resort I think

Had a great time, let them know of a birthday in our group and they pulled out all the stops for them, only negative was doors in the rooms were hard to open and close (bathroom doors) and we didn’t have any hot water. We did not complain about this as with the hot days it didn’t bother us much. Overall one of the best all inclusives I’ve been to!

We had tons of fun on this vacation. First time at Bahia Principe. First of all top-notch staff, very courteous, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Lots of amenities for a relatively low price. Definitely bang for the buck. The rooms are a bit antique, missing some modern conveniences (# of outlets, smart tv, bathroom exhaust fan, musty beach smell, etc.), but could look past all that for some amazing food, pool, inclusive bars, activity centers and above all else service.
