The beach is beautiful. The entertainment staff is amazing and the food is decent. Not much to do after 9 pm. The rooms could be cleaner, and we had issues with hot water and the ac while there. It’s a decent budget resort, but wouldn’t go here expecting a luxury experience.

Very peaceful setting! The grounds were clean, property rarely felt crowded, lots of pool and beach chairs available. The entertainment was very good! Buffet food was decent, could have used a bit more variety. The water in front of the property was calm and easy to swim although a little murky rather than clear and blue as one would expect

The hotel needs updating. The rooms are out-of-date, i.e., no USB ports for charging cell phones, and plugs were not located conveniently. The food was fantastic! The housekeeping staff, the entertainment staff, and all bartenders were excellent! If it wasn't for the beach, I would definitely stay here again.

Upon checkin we were offered a upgrade for $25 per night x5 nights =$125 which I was good paying to have access to the entire resort, the front desk person than told me $500 extra which wasn’t adding up. Than told us he would give us a great room and needles to say it was far from that with a view of a 12 foot wall. We got in and settled and heading down to the pool at 9 pm only to find out the pool closes at 6 pm daily. So we decided to checkout the beach to find out the water was full of jelly fish, wasn’t starting out as a good trip. We spent the week at the pool which was very clean. The rooms are clean but outdated badly and the cleaning staff left limited towels and rarely stocked the fridge even after leaving tip daily. The food was decent, the workers seemed a bit stand off ish and didn’t seem to really go out of their way for the guests which was voiced many times by other guests as well. I travel a lot to these resorts including Bahia principe resorts and this is the worst one I have been too. For the price you can find much better all inclusive resorts to go to. Also paid the additional fee for private transport which was a complete disaster ended up waiting 2 hours at the airport only to find out it was another hour drive to the resort from puj airport. Returning I went to the desk to check in for pickup and there was very little communication or instructions. The drivers were great the organization was not.

Took 3 days to get someone to fix the hot water issue. Initially upgraded and the front desk clerk didn’t put it in until the next day after check in. Bathroom door didn’t close, could have had a cleaner look than seeing cracks and patches in the walls. Kiosk didn’t allow us to make reservations for dinner. Wasn’t all inclusive as advertised. Positives - beautiful view, bartenders were friendly and quick. Has a family friendly side and an adults only side. Food was decent.

The entertainment staff is the best they made the vacation fun with pool games, dance practices, and nightly entertainment I even got to ride an electrical bull. The food was the usual if you are familiar with DR resorts. I love the Republica Dominicana the people are Godly people of love!

This property was unbelievable, super clean and beautiful scenery.The staff most importantly were super friendly and courteous. When you check in they take your bag and take you to your room in on a golf cart. Front desk was on top of their game. Our air condition broke on our last night but when we called they came right away and fixed the problem. The buffet food was amazing way better than if you pick the restaurants. The entertainment during the day was super fun lots of dancing and pool excersices. If you stay here on a Friday night the beach party at was super fun. I would come back here over and over again. Ignore the negative comments because half of these comments on here are not true. Shout out to Kearly who welcomes us with cappuccinos every morning at the buffet breakfast ! :).
