The hotel quality was very poor. Room air conditioning didn’t work. The shower water never got hot. They turned off the water to toilet in the building where my room was located without any communication and told me to walk over to the next building whenever I needed to use the bathroom. The air conditioner at the speciality Japanese restaurant was broken during our dinner. The food was always stale and salty. This is by far the worse all inclusive I’ve ever stayed at. Wasted time and wasted money.

i like it was close to the beach and you can see it. only I don’t like first floor ,but they said they don’t have any other room beachfront.I liked Dominican Rom which was given as a present, it was really delicious. Thank you . room was OK. Our TV did not work for three days, I kept for calling for help . Three days later finally guy came and said it just needed to adjust channel. How would I know? They kept telling me it was technical problems. Bathroom was the most annoying. that bathtub is very small and water Pressure was slow not like usually in a good hotel and it never got hot enough and the bathroom smelled all the time ,doesn’t matter what you do and very often the light shouted down .what I like ,it’s a local stuff very friendly very helpful. Their smiles and ready for help made our stay more comfortable ,but honestly, I would not recommend this place .you go to the Dominican Republic for beautiful beaches, but beaches here are the same like I have on Long Island. .grey ,minutes from me ,only our beaches have clear water.
water was so muddy, you don't see a thing under, never expect that . I was going to LaRomana for well known beautiful beaches. but not on this resort

The property was beautiful....The rooms are very spacious. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENCE!!!!!!!! Very attentive staff in all areas of the property. Entertainment can be a little better especially on the adult side of the property. The beddong can be more comfortable mattress was not the best ..But other than that I would give this hotel a 9 out of 10 ratings....
