Platinum Couples trip

First off, don't get platinum service there's NO point. Service was horrible. Absolutely the worst workers ever. Room service was always late and forgot stuff on the order. The servers at the resturaunts also always got your order wrong even if you point to the exact item you want. If you tip they are kinder but you must tip before you even sit down, but even then they mess up. The grounds were pretty and well kept. The room was always clean and big. Food was okay. Location is good.

Staff were welcoming from beginning of the stay right down to the last day. Clean hotel grounds. Rooms were clean as well. Maintenance could improve on response time to reports made. Dinning options were vast, but booked out way too fast. And when not booked out, were closed. Should be opened everyday.

Aesthetically the room looked really nice but there was an issue with the pipes that cause there to be lots of gnats in the room every night even after the staff would come spray. Because of the issues the bathroom smelled really bad, the sink flooded and toilet had a hard time flushing.

I booked my stay here & decided to upgrade to the platinum honeymoon suite. In the description, it states, a 1 lobster dinner per person. At the resort, they told me they no longer offer it. If this is the case they hold not have advertised it. They wanted to charge me $65 for lobster. Don’t waste your money and upgrade a platinum. The only difference is one restaurant & the quality of liquor. I ordered room service. It took 3 1/2 hours to actually receive it. I could’ve walked somewhere and gotten faster service.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was absolutely horrible. The front desk staff were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was bothering them just by checking in. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t even prepared—dirty sheets, unclean bathroom, and leftover trash from the previous guest. To make matters worse, the food was terrible: cold, bland, and clearly not fresh. Every interaction with the staff felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. This hotel completely ruined my trip. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. Poor service, unprepared rooms, and awful food—save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. please sttay at another hotel for your own safety
