The property itself is beautiful. But there are no elevators, each building it has consists of 3 floors. They saw me check in with a stroller and still put us on the third floor. A whole week going up and down with the stroller plus our bags was very inconvenient and not baby friendly. The water in our room shut off, TWICE! Very annoying when you’re trying to shower to get ready for dinner. All of the restaurants should be included, I had to pay a total $340 to eat at 2 restaurants that aren’t included in my room, just because we aren’t diamond And last but not least, the pressure to make you join their vacation club, Prime travelers club, is ridiculous. Waste of 2 hours of our time on our last day. Anyways, would we return here; yeah, but eh. It would have to cost more because we’d have to get diamond

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money I recently stayed at Royalton Splash Punta Cana and unfortunately, the experience was far from what was advertised or expected. From the moment we arrived, the lack of hospitality from the staff was shocking. Many were rude, inattentive, and seemed bothered by even basic requests. A resort should make you feel welcomed and cared for—this was the complete opposite. The food quality was another major letdown. Bland, repetitive, and often cold. Even the specialty restaurants didn’t offer much improvement. For a resort that promotes luxury and comfort, this was unacceptable. We booked 3 rooms at the Diamond Club expecting an elevated experience, but the reality is that there is virtually no difference between Diamond and Standard rooms in terms of service or quality. The so-called “exclusive” perks were minimal and poorly managed. Overall, this place is not worth the money. The facilities might look decent in photos, but the service, food, and overall experience fall way short of expectations. There are far better options in Punta Cana for the same or even lower prices. I would not recommend Royalton Splash to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable vacation.
