Had to change room three times. First room had no working AC. We reported the issue in the morning and we returned to our hotel room at night it wasn’t fixed. They put us in the room with twin beds after we confirmed king size. We had to pack our luggage and go down stairs to lobby only to be back on the third floor right next to our old room. Supervisor was never available. At multiple requests to speak to supervisor we were told to come back in 30 mins but no success. Concierge offered complementary massage for our troubles but never scheduled/informed us of scheduled time after reaching out to him.

The female staff at the resort (majority) are very rude. They roll their eyes and stare at you in an awkward way. I had a great experience with check-in, but after that it ALL went down hill from there. The food was not good at all and they served the same meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They build the meals based off of European culture and water down the Dominican culture. The food is not authentic Dominican food.

App was helpful, but couldn’t have had a good experience without using Rafael and Caesar (concierge). They booked us dinner every night and were great resource for questions and general insight to the properly. They made our experience great.

Rafael Peguero, was great. The food was not good. I was sick my first day of eating. My room didn’t have good lighting. The bed was very comfortable. I would have preferred not have to be expected to do a time/share etc

We had a good stay at Grand Palladium. Our room was clean and the maid came everyday while we were out. We ate at an a la cart restaurant almost every night. Rafael our concierge was very helpful in booking our dinner reservations and even included my sisters family in our reservations. He made sure our rooms got decorated for the birthday and anniversary we were celebrating. He check on us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed.

Staff was rude and condescending at all times. Never could get what we wanted as a group. Expensive and cheap facilities. My towels and bed linen was dirty had to have it changed twice. Poor service.

Cesar started our vacation off right with excellent service. Francisco helped with our excursions and explained everything. Tony from the El Dorado went above and beyond for me the night we ate dinner there. Francel at the front valet area was excellent and helped with all transportation even while on the resort. And our favorite, Gerson the pool bartender at the Palace, really made this an exceptional experience. He remembered our drinks from the first day (we do tip) and his personality is very warm and welcoming. I will never forget our favorite bartender, even got a picture with him. The overall experience was incredible!!

Resort stay was good, came when resort was under going renovations, so alot of restaurants were closed. We had a concierge name Rafael who helped us greatly with making reservations without him we probably wouldn’t be able to book anything for dinner which means only buffet options were availabile. Definitely need more food options. Staff were great and my concierge was awesome. Limited food selection .

My stay here was excellent. The only problem I had was the language barrier every once in a while. Other than that, the staff was awesome. The room was nice. Would definitely stay here again.
