Room was not the cleanest when we first got there but overall stay cleaning staff did really good making sure our room were spotless. The bar pool needs more work especially when trying to order. They’re only one bar at the swimming pool and it can take along time to get you a drink.

Really nice stay. Family room was nice and spacious. Could use some minor improvements such as the smell in both the Saona & Macao buffet (moisture?sewage?) it was always unpleasant to walk in and deal with the smells. A few of the great staff members we’ve met during our stay: Rafael (main bar close to lobby), Criss (coffee/ice cream shop), Wilden(food truck), Kelvin & Alvin at the upper bar close to lobby, the entertainment crew, the health bar drinks lady (by the pool), expedia check in crew.

This trip was a Birthday gift and resort was advised prior and upon arrival. Nothing that was promised was honored. Throughout the stay multiple complaints were given to the supervisor and nothing was done. All I received was an I’m sorry. If you have a good allergy stay away from this place as they do not have labeled what ingredients are in their foods especially at the buffet.
