Very family friendly!! Big resort but lots of restaurants and bars so no long lineups. The water park was lots of fun for the kids. Only thing that's missing is a pickleball court 😀and maybe another ping pong table!! We had a great time and are already planning a return trip!

Stuff at the were slow. Service at the buffet was slow. Silverware and glasses were missing. Had to wait a bit long for service. Rooms were not cleaned throughout. We went out to restaurants 2 times and ended up canceling three dinner reservations because after the two times we were not happy with the service, it was just slow. Some staff was nice, polite and helpful, others look like it was a punishment for them to work.I would give the resort 4 stars.

Housekeeping didn’t come often enough, we ran out of toilet paper and water more than once. Sofa bed was in terrible condition, we could not sleep on it. Beds had no fitted sheets and no duvet covers. Front desk ripped us off upon arrival charging extra in cash for a room upgrade to the room we were already booked into. They had us attend a presentation that was supposed to take 90 minutes but took almost 3 hours as they tried to sell us on spending $37,000 for discounts on hotels (but wouldn’t tell us the cost until the very end). We met a couple from Ottawa who had paid $35,000 for the same thing in 2010 and had huge regrets saying that none of the promises made were kept. We love Punta Cana, great people, great weather, clean pools, nice section of the ocean but we will not be back to this resort.

I have visited Punta Cana many times before but this was probably the best of them all. From the beach to the pool or the waterpark, everything was great. We also got to enjoy the tennis courts or the morning bike rides. The staff is very attentive, facilities are clean and well maintained, the food is excellent with a lot of options to select from, the entertainment team was superb…. I can go on and on and on. Few names you should ask for when visiting this resort. Emilio, Omega, James Bond, Bladimir, Frankelly, Yessica….. Thanks for making our vacation a dream come true.

We were at Grand Sirens Punta Cana for 4 weeks - the entire month of February! We had a lovely, clean, comfortable suite. The variety of restaurants provided a full month of variety and very well prepared meals, But the very best was the service and friendliness of the staff. They were ready to serve with a smile and no pressure to participate in any activity while offering so many great entertainment options. Many thanks to Rosa and Maria in the lunch buffet by the beach, and our wonderful maid made sure we always had plenty of diet cola in the fridge for my diabetic husband. We had an all around perfect vacation and will be back again for sure!

Enjoyed our stay at Grand Sirenis. Plenty of lounges on the beach but not so much at the pool. Very good choices for restaurants and food was good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was always pleasant and felt safe the entire time of our stay. Things to improve: arrived with dirt marks on my “clean bed sheets” that were not changed, always had to call for towels and facecloths, fan in the room made noise even after they said they fixed it, had condensation leak from air conditioner that we had to call as it leaked in our room and no real shopping options. Pools were nice but one was always more populated as the second really had no way in or out other than a ladder as it was deep without a shallow end. If this was changed it would equal out the over populated vs the not really used huge pool. Grounds were nice. Entertainment was fair- not the best we have seen. Otherwise it was a nice week and we enjoyed ourselves at this location. This was our second time here but probably will vacation in a different resort next time.

No clue how this place has any good reviews. 3 different rooms in the first hour , all broken fixtures and smelled like mildew or raw sewage all in different buildings. We traveled as a family of 5 with 3 children all under 12. We would not go back even if they paid us to go. The property has so much potential too, save your money and stay anywhere else. The beaches and water in DR are amazing but Grand Sirenis does its best to ruin it all with its filthy smelly rooms and complete lack of simple maintenance. Please do not take this as a one off bad review, it really is that bad!!!

Overall the property was nice, the pools were great, the beach was amazing. The a la carte restaurants were great, the buffets were good, the snack bars, food truck/ pizza shop were outstanding!!! The residential units were probably in their prime about 10-15 years ago and were definitely beginning to show their age. The aqua games water park was the only real disappointment as it was one of main reasons we chose the grand sirenis, the water park would not be allowed to operate in the states. The steel structure and the fiberglass decking were in terrible shape. As a 235lb man with a background in structural steel and fire/rescue i did not feel safe the one time I went up with my kids.
