Stay was pleasant and staff were helpful. There was a lot of activities to do in and around the hotel like archery, water park etc. Stefanie in the front desk was helpful and helped us coordinate and have a later checkout.

Staff & food was great in the dining area where visited . The apartment the balcony door lock was not locking the lock was falling apart . The shower drain was clog despite reporting it to the staff on the first day of our stay,, no one did anything about our complains. The room had roaches running around needed to be sprayed these issued management need to take more serious and hold these maintenance crew responsible if u guys want to be one of the top resort in DR

Huge disappointment after seeing all the good reviews and pictures to experience it. Rooms are very badly maintained, everything is outdated, room wasn't clean. Buffets food was very bad quality, French and steakhouse were much better quality. Service is not present there! The nicest person was our concierge, Ada, big kiddos to her! When you go to a buffet you have to hunt servers to get forks, napkins, spoons, they take time and make you feel like you're forcing them to do their job. I asked at the bar for a passion fruit cocktail and the bartender told me to bring some passion fruits from the buffet since he ran out of them .. shocked!

We dealt with several staff over our 10 Days that were great to deal with: Customer service Stephanie. Staff Johanna, Issac and Elias were some of our favorites. The a la carte food choices were great. The pool and beach are close and a quick walk. Overal a very good experience.

Excellent service and facilities, the staff is amazing and helpful, I want to specially mention Mr. Boucard and Sinthia, Leo, the entertainment team, Mrs Beatriz from housekeeping, they really made our stay extra special. The hotel is beautiful, the pool and the access to the beach are amazing, The food availability is amazing, we really enjoyed the pizza bar and the beach bbq, the breakfast buffet has great variety and is very well stocked. The restaurants for dinner were delicious, we specially enjoyed the Ikebana restaurant, the whole show was amazing. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back.
