This resort is not 5*, more like a 3* at best. Buffet food is terrible, the French and Italian are OK. Rooms are small and dirty. Overall the resort is aged. The service is non-existent if you go in high season like we did over winter break / NYE. It was packed and staff was overwhelmed, understandably. Rooms service is terrible and not available past 11pm. If you are looking for a true 5 star experience, stay away. This resort is geared towards families and first timers in all-inclusive. If you ever been anywhere else, you I'll be disappointed. Do yourself a favor and spend extra money to stay at Melia / Paradisus, or Finest / Excellence next door. The old holds true, you get what you pay for!

Property was very outdated. Some of the staff were exceptional, but a majority of them were not overly friendly or attentive. Food was mediocre at best. I felt like I couldn’t walk anywhere without someone trying to sell me something.

Great place take families. Lots if dining options, wasn't the greatest food, but the experience was fun! The besch was amazing! The pool was clean, drinks were great. The activities and shows around the resort were so fun! If you don't take the 90 minute VIP sales pitch breakfast, you might get treated rudely

Will visit the property (Grand Sirenis) again. Beaches are beautiful. Food, over all ambience was amazing. Stephanie and Luz at front desk were amazing and helpful during entire checkin/ checkout process.

The first room we were given smelled like mold and was not as pictured when we had booked the hotel. Had to then move rooms due to plumbing backing up in the bathroom. The second room was in a different building and had such a large gap under the door mosquitoes were coming into the room. This room also had plumbing problems, had to brush our teeth in the shower seeing as the sink would not drain. The facility is not clean, and not well maintained.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The food was good but could be better. The beach was gorgeous. The staff are very nice. Especially our concierge Juma who did everything to make our stay enjoyable and easy. We went to the VIP ultimate leisure club meeting and the deals they offer are actually quit reasonable. They throw in all kinds of perks. We spoke with Leonid and he was amazing to work with. Although we didn’t end up purchasing he was so professional and kind. The staff treated us so nicely and this really made our stay!

There are water leaking on the bathtub and toilet, sink is clogged and they never came to repair it. The shows last 30 minutes and music too.. there is bad smell come from the bathroom and all the rooms has a musty smell. I won’t stay in this hotel again… The front desk was very attentive and helpful with the check in and out…

Loved Buka our concierge- was an amazing man!! Peppi our guy we booked our excursion with was fun and helpful! Speak some Spanish and you'll get a deal😉Thank you Dora the Explorer 😂 Staff was all friendly, room was great, pool looked nice but in a beach girl on vacation-sand was superb 👌 So much to do, eat, drink and socialize.
