The place is huge! There is a lot of walking to get to and from restaurants, pools, etc. there are golf carts to rent and train stations (golf carts operated by staff) that would take you around the property but most of them were full and usually would have to wait for about 10 minutes. Most staff were friendly but some (specially in the pool area) seemed to be annoyed to be there. The jacuzzi tub in my room was dirty, I noticed it the second day I was there and decided not to call since I was leaving the next day.

I love the property all together. It was wonderful the staff, the concierge. Everything. What's wonderful about the property? Just I had to call maintenance a couple of times but they came right away otherwise no complaints

Food was awful, staff is painfully slow (0% of urgency on anything). housekeeping stole items from my room, the "mgmt" decided that a $25.00 credit was acceptable to make up for it. make sure to rent a golf cart as everything is far from each other, they do have shuttle rides but waiting for 30 minutes for that is a great way to spend on your vacation. I emailed Hard Rock corporate and still haven't heard back. Going on a family vacation and this expereience was just awful!

The Service Staff were excellent and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was easy to get around the resort and the Train was easy to access.

The thing is that they are operated like a theme park the resort is for groups or large group the vip is only for the club that they have i believe they call legendary club so expedia need to know that they didn't have vip for you clients so the price is too hight

The property is very pretty and well kept. It’s very big so bring comfy sneakers/sandals to walk around in. The staff is so friendly! The food was okay. The food truck by the beach (in front of the central pool) is very good! The bartenders at the swim up bar in the pool next to the central pool were so nice, their names are Freddy and Roberto. Bernadel was also very friendly at the main pool, if you need anything he can make it happen. I will be returning! (The check-in process needs some work, I waited 2 hrs to be able to check-in. But to be fair, it was a Friday and I’m sure that played a part).
