We enjoyed the hotel and amenities. The only concern we had was the response of the concierge, room service, and front desk.
We requested for the mini bar to be refilled on 4 ocassions and this was not done in a 3 day period. We were dissapointed as the only thing we had requested was bottled water. We ended up having to bring water from the near bar as numerous attempts received no results.
This was a special occasion for my husband and I, so I requested a bottle of wine/champagne with a small cake to welcome us. This was requested 5 times, through phone prior to our arrival, in person once we arrived and 3 additional times through concierge. It appeared staff was not interested in filfulling our multiple request. At one point they said their system showed the request filled eventhough we were in the room and told them this was false. Finally, the evening prior to our early departure we received the small cake and bottle of champgne.
Dissapointed of the oversight and lack of attention to us as guest. But the rest of the visit that did not required individual request was great.
