This property has declined since we went 2 years ago. The staff was not as pleasant and we saw a few roaches which we did not see 2 years ago. Overall we really like the property but it could use some renovating and entertainment does not begin until so time after 2-3pm, not even music. We booked six rooms, in one room the bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to come down and the safe didn’t work. The AC was decent except for one on or two occasions when i got really hot. Our room overall we did not have major issues. They are now plugging the bathroom drains with coffee packets i’m assuming to mask the sewage smell you will pick up here and there on the resort but it was everywhere only in a few remote spots. Overall i love the location but due to the conditions, I would not return for a third visit. This being our second time there.
