I was very disappointed at check -in. It was my first time at this resort in Punta Cana. I have been to many resorts in Punta Cana and did not feel welcomed upon check in. I felt rushed and details about the hotel were not explained in detail of how to get around the property. This property is beautiful and huge but did not get the welcome treatment that Punta Cana resorts are know for.

Property was beautiful, but service was lacking. Food was mediocre. Drinks were great. I was charged for the wine bottle that I did not drink in front desk was not helpful to remove the charges. We also requested rooms next to each other since we are family together, traveling, and front desk was not accommodating any request. We had a concierge service with Jimmy. He was great.

The first room i was given had roaches . The second room i still found a roach in the shower, and i had to keep killing drain flies. They need to spray thoes rooms and pour bleach in the drains. That resort is too much money to have those types of issues.

The food was overly salty for the most part. In addition, the sheets and towels were not changed daily—I had to specifically request it. My son even woke up with a spider bite on his leg during our stay. On the positive side, the service was good and the place itself was nice.

Severely understaffed . You can tell management is the problem here with not having adequate amount of staffing .please hire more people . Also the rooms have a lot work that needs to be done. Mold in the lamps And bathroom etc.
