I was very excited to stay here. However, I was disappointed at the end. The type of service I was expecting was not there. Nobody ever came to me and asked if I wanted a drink while at the pool or at any other lounge area. Although I saw them walking around with drinks. They don’t serve alcohol until 10am. You can’t take food or drinks to the beach. For being a kids place, only the bathroom near the main bar had a changing table. My room toilet sounded like it was going to break every time we sat down. Room service took 1.5hrs to get there so the food was super cold. The service at the restaurants were okay. The shows were terrible and both times I went they started an hour late. Most of the staff seem unhappy. Will definitely not stay there again.

nothing to do at night, very misleading reviews. ALL 5 star reviews you find online are fake and usually made by unsuspecting guests who are being harrassed by the employees of the resort and just want to be left alone and enjoy their vacation and will write anything on the review to be left alone.

The stay at the hotel was amazing. The food options and the amenities is great. The only downside was the shows at night where outside the theater and was to hot to enjoy it, and also there weren’t enough seats for all the guests. This is our second time visiting the hotel and we really fell sorry for missing all the shows. The staff was very friendly and helpful all of them made the extra mile to made our experience the best .

Staffs are rude and disrespectful I explained front desk personnel he cannot put the wristband on my child because she is especial child, autistic, and he said back on me, Oh me too I’m very especial ja ja making fun of the condition. Not easy to get food around the pool. Everything they make its complicated, there is only one atm machine and it was not working and no body could helped me to get cash to pay for the taxi to take me to the airport another drama calling a different taxi company that had a machine so I could pay with a credit card. The sheets in the bedroom smells funny and they is a smell in the sleeping area not nice like cloaca. I will never go back to this resort.

The property is beautiful and amenities in abundance. We enjoyed the shows, the staff is very friendly and the beach and pool are very clean and a relaxing place to be. But the highlight was dining. Not just that the food was great, but the service was amazing! Both Adelso and Maciel at the Atlantic Bufet made our experience memorable! We will return and they are a big part of it! Thank you!
