Property was beautiful and well maintained. Ample chairs by pools and beach. Pools are great and the beach was fantastic. Service at sit down dinners take more time than expected. Buffets are very good. Shower water temperature in room was cool. Could not get warm or hot water despite fully turning knob to the hot side. Overall we had a fantastic time and I would visit Lopesan again without hesitation.

Rooms were very nice, beautiful view and nice amenities but that’s it. Staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Layout of resort is very weird with one place to get towels on a huge resort and no towels at waterpark. Food was horrible except at Italian and steak. Buffets undercooked food, 5 people on our trip got sick from raw food especially chicken and when I called for towels the housekeeping wouldn’t give them to me and even had the audacity to walk in my room and take pic of towel hanging on shower. Just absolutely horrible service! Checkin process was long and disorganized! Didn’t give any maps or instructions or provide any helpful insights on resorts without asking at check-in. Beaches full of seaweed (July time frame). We did like the kid pool for my toddler but overall this is not a resort that I would return to

My stay at this resort was excellent. They just need to touch up on some things. I purchased a swim up room. The room was clean, but also there was a touch of mold or mildew in the air that could’ve been due to the moisture. nevertheless, my room was clean and was cleaned daily also the pool was clean. They just need to maintain the Garden area a little better and the surrounding plants around the pool. Also, they need a better method for cleaning the hallways and staircases, I’ve witnessed the cleaning staff pour buckets of water on the floor, leaving it, soaking wet and slippery, and as for the staircase. Water was pouring from it as if there was a leak coming from someone’s room. Most of our rooms have doors that were waterlogged. My sisters room can barely open the door due to the water damage. Also, my bedroom door has small water damage as well. As for the staff, whether it’s from the cook, the servers , cleaning staff or Gardner. Everyone is polite and welcoming, and you’re always greeted with a hello/ good evening. Good evening. A SPECIAL THANK YOU to Samuel we met at the buffet I believe is one of the managers,, he booked my family and I to the Stake and lobster dinner at the wine and cellar. And a special thank you to the host, Feliz. at the wine and Cellar. His name compliments his personality and presence! He was professional, welcoming , attentive and accommodating! The Tomahawk steaks and lobsters were a waste of money. Needs improvement. Buffets=✅✅✅✅
