Myself and others disappointed at the awful odor and dirty beach. Also pool water not kept at proper temperature. Also staff not approaching people smoking in restricted area. Resort has a OUTSTANDING professional, kind and caring staff. Will try to visit again. Blessings to you all.

Bahía Príncipe really took my breathe away. From the moment we booked to check out, everything has been an amazing experience. The resort was clean, the staff was absolutely amazing and friendly and the food was delicious. I genuinely have no complaints from my experience here. I will say, Nairobi at front desk was an amazing help in getting every situated. She answered all our questions, she guided us with the hotel amenities and extra services they have. She really set up the beginning of our amazing experience. William, the bartender at the pool bar was also phenomenal. He really took care of us and treated us so good. I am usually not someone who is loyal to a specific resort but I will say, I would 100% come back to Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar no doubt. I’m already planning my next trip.

Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar was BEAUTIFUL! We had the room with the swim-up pool and that was AWESOME and very convenient especially if you don't feel like being bothered with the masses. The food was ok for the most part. The best dining experiences we had were at both the Italian Restaurant and the Meat Restaurant. We didn’t really enjoy the beach due to an over abundance of seaweed all over and it smelled. And lastly, the main lobby was full of people pushing time share type crap and real estate. I do not want to be bothered on vacation! Other than that annoyance, it was great - beautiful and picturesque. One more reco, I highly recommend knowing some Spanish since the majority of the staff did not really understand English.

No estoy muy conforme porque me fue la electricidad varias veces en la semana , según ellos por lo sensores que si no hay movimiento eso se apaga entonces en la noche pero se pasa mucha calor dentro de la habitación y más por la noche y una de esas noche aguanté demasiado porque estuve dos hora sin electricidad y no se arregló hasta que fueron a encender el break de la luz y la escusa que se me fue la luz me dijo un técnico porque use el secador de pelo pero y las 6 veces más que me fue no entendí nada de esa parte

I came for a really short stay and felt like I didn’t get to maximize my stay because no one took the time to help me to understand. Everything was excellent, Staff , pool staff, buffet by the pool was incredible, they just need alittle more on the Ac especially the buffet in the main lobby No AC , and its very nice hanging out listening to different music but there no AC i know its open be the Fan system needs to be better. Hats off to the entertainment staff they did and incredible job , also Sam the guitar was awesome.

I had a very good time in this hotel everything was good the hotel the buffet clean organized the staff very friendly always with good humor and smiling variety of food the pool was amazing and the people on the pool very nice always close when you need it beer the housekeeper very friendly Maria very nice she decorated very nice my room for my birthday and the cake was so good thanks so much all the staff in this property for my wonderful vacations every day new activities the recreation people so nice and wonderful always smiling and sharing with us thanks again I hope to come back next summer
