The beach area was amazing and very well kept! Plenty of chairs and a bar close by. The water was not clear like carribian water but there was no problems with seaweed on the beach. Two pools-one quiet and one party. Download the app ahead of time and make your dinner reservations prior to arriving as they fill up fast. The resort was extremely relaxing and we had a great time.

Great quaint location. Everything is in walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff Nikki, Roberto, Maria and the crew were exceptional!!! I have been to the aquamarine several times, love this location so much more.

My husband and I recently stayed for our honeymoon and it was a wonderful experience!! While the beach is nice, the water isn’t clear so beware of that! But the pools are perfect, one is great for activities and definitely busy and the other pool is perfect for relaxing and just some quiet time! The buffet food was good, breakfast was definitely better than lunch and dinner! The restaurants on the property however were absolutely phenomenal, every meal was amazing with great flavors and you could tell it was all fresh! I definitely recommend Takara and Don Pablo’s!! Their entertainment was also amazing every night, the dancers were fantastic!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The staff is absolutely amazing welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests feel comfortable. The food was also outstanding, with plenty of delicious options and excellent presentation at every meal. The environment of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a luxurious atmosphere. The grounds are well-maintained, and everything feels peaceful and well thought out. The only downside was the beach. While it looks nice at first glance, it was unfortunately filled with jellyfish, which made swimming pretty much impossible. I wouldn’t recommend going in the water, as there were too many stings and bites to risk it. That part was disappointing, especially since the beach was one of the reasons I chose this location. Still, aside from the beach, everything else exceeded expectations. I would definitely return just for the hotel itself but I’d stick to the pool instead of the ocean next time.

The property was beautifully maintained. There were some fluent English speakers but not many. Transportation reimbursement paid to the resort to/from the airport was a nightmare after a flight cancellation. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Expedia was ZERO help with Frontiers cancelled flight, lost luggage and extra transportation.
