The property is nice, quiet and family friendly. Two pools, a water park and the beach is plenty of daytime entertainment. The main buffet has a wide enough selection not to get boring although not so wide to be overwhelming. Breakfast & lunch service is good, dinner time less so. I suppose the better servers are at the a la carte restaurants. We've been twice in 2024 and plan to return in 2025.

A Luxurious Paradise: Unforgettable All-Inclusive Experience! We recently stayed at Luxury EsmerldaBahia Principe, and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, front desk, receptionist, Arianna, and her supervisor. Marlene were incredibly warm. Their outstanding hospitality from every single staff sets this resort apart. The accommodations were immaculate, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for. We even got upgraded to swim up pool The all-inclusive package truly lived up to its promise. The dining experience was diverse and exquisite, with multiple restaurants serving delicious cuisines from around the globe. Naan by Chef Siddarth is truly culinary masterpiece, reminding me of Michelin starrestaurant. The resort's facilities were top-notch. I indulged in the spa, where the treatments were rejuvenating and delivered with exceptional professionalism. The pools were sparkling clean, and the private beach access was a slice of paradise—serene and pristine. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Octavio in buffet, Alberto at bar and Hector in entertainment team. The attention to detail, and eagerness to cater to every need elevated the entire experience. We came here for a girls trip and had the absolute best time ever. This was our second time at the resort and will be back. Shout out to the entertainment staff (Hector, Bubalu, Jose, Mauro, Warderson, Ezequeil and Ang) for making the trip so much fun. I needs a major overhaul for staff cleanliness and hospitality training. The dining restaurants are bad. The best food is at the buffet but how can you enjoy this for 7 straight days. It’s hard to get a staff to greet you and smile at you. I got diarrhea and Covid. What a terrible experience. The dining restaurants have no availability but empty when you visit

This was my second time in the Dominican Republic, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Overall, I had a wonderful experience, but I wanted to note a couple of areas for improvement. The sushi was not up to par, and I would rate the room cleaning at a 8/10. On a positive note, the entertainment was absolutely epic! The variety of shows was amazing, and I especially want to highlight Hector from the entertainment crew. He was incredibly friendly and contributed greatly to making my stay memorable. The staff and property were great EXCEPT room service food options, buffet and overall food options were ehhh/ok, not great except the restaurants BUT having to make a reservation was such a process. Also, something is deff not right with their sewage system…At multiple times around the day and property you could smell sewage. The entire Staff was amazing and cannot express how much they made the experience so worth it and the issues above tolerable.
