I love the facility. The resort is just marvelous. The only problem that I had is that you have to give tips all the time you ask for a drink. If you don’t give tips they don’t come to your table and you have to go yourself to get your drink. Be prepared to spend money with the people who serve you.

We had a fantastic experience with Dario, our butler. He took care of us throughout our stay, making us feel like we were the only ones there. The restaurants are excellent, and the entertainment options at night are limitless. We will definitely be back!

The bathrooms need to be repairs. The staff are very nice but at the buffet the staff is on top of people, they should let people eat in peace and wait until the guest is all done eating to remove the dinner plates. A lot of the staff like to joke while you are eating and I think is unrespetfull. Also when you get to the resort they take you to a small room and you have to be sitting there for so long even though they have drinks and pastries, you are tired and you just want to checking and get to your room and rest. Also they assigned a person Mayordomo who knocks at your room everyday for no reason. Otherwise the workers are very nice and the attention is excellent.
