We are always treated like a king and queen. This is our third trip and we love it! Only complaint … we booked through Expedia and the shuttle to the airport on the way back is not smooth. But as for the resort, it is fabulous - we soak in the sun while enjoying the ocean or swim up pool bars. We’ll be back again! Thank you for a wonderful week

An honest review. So we stayed a few months ago at another Mirage Resort so I have a point of comparison. This time it wasn’t a family vacay, but an anniversary trip with me and my wife. First thing was check-in. I did the precheckin two days before with my passport photos and everything so this should have sped up the process. We waited for probably half hour to get checked in and then to wait for our room to not be ready for another 3.5hrs. They said it was “busy” but it didn’t look too busy. Carrying my carry on luggage around to sit down to eat wasn’t fabulous but we did our best. Our butler Eduardo was great and attentive. Used WhatsApp to communicate which was fine and easiest. The resort is very nice. Each restaurant has its own style and specialty so would suggest trying all of them. Definitely make reservations early enough to assure the dates/times you want. The beach is very nice but I give one caution. Since we stayed in the adults only section there is a spot on the beach that is also roped off for this. Although it wasn’t too busy that we really didn’t need to use the area, we did because of its ease of beach access, sun access and bar access. The downside of this is that it is the edge of the resort which is public beach. This means that the vendors all gathered right at the edge. Yes I know they are doing theirjob but I also paid for relaxation. I always felt watched. Overall would def stay here again. Also note is that they apologized about our wait.

The rooftop suite we stayed in was awesome. The room and property is very clean, there is lots of food options, nightly entertainment, and best of all our butler Fernando was great and very helpful with showing us around the property and sending info of daily events.

We had a great week at the Majestic Mirage. They had great dining options and we especially appreciated the onsite coffee shop and the steakhouse restaurant. The main bar offered a cocktail bar cart in the evenings which was also excellent. The property was very clean, rooms well appointed and serviced daily. We used both the beach and pool every day and even enjoyed a game of pickleball. Areas for improvement could be that despite it being low season it was hard to get a reservation at the reservation only restaurants unless you planned at least 48 hours in advance, rooms service options were limited and did not include drinks, cocktail recipes were inconsistent from one drink to the next and every bar man served different versions of even standard drinks like pina colada and rum punch, minibar could have had wine and vodka as options instead of beer, rum and whisky. Overall a great stay and we would definitely recommend!

Very nice resort. Staff very friendly. Buffet had nice options but food could have been hotter. Other dining options were good that we tried. Could have changed things up more in the club snack areas. Our room was a long walk from the central resort area ( bldg 4) but very close to the beach. Evening entertainment was decent Beach was kept clean and was swimmable during our stay so that was great. Chairside service was great on the beach and by the adult pool. Could use a few more shops within the resort itself however lots of beach vendors. Spa was excellent but far walk so ask the butler to arrange a ride on a golf cart for you. Overall a great resort.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana! Our stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The resort itself is spotless — everything from the pools to the restaurants and common areas was always clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved our room with the rooftop hot tub — it was spacious, modern, and the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. The food was consistently excellent no matter where we ate, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A special shout-out to our butler, Francisca, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. She was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Also, Juan Bernardo deserves recognition for his outstanding service — he made every interaction a pleasure. If you’re looking for a resort that delivers great food, exceptional service, and spotless surroundings, Majestic Mirage Punta Cana is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

Our rooftop room was great. Our butler, alexander, was the best and accommodating to all our needs. The food was great but did have its hiccups but overall, the french restaurant was my favorite

The ocean view was very nice, however lots of pushy vendors. The spa was excellent and the service was great.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. It is in top notch cleanliness. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Butlers assigned to you will take care of any needs and go beyond. The food was great. Was not a huge fan of the buffet though. Do not sleep in the sports bar! Great breakfast options and American style foods like hamburgers, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings etc The entertainment was great. I can't complain about anything. Even the beach was beautiful. Sand was so soft.
