Our honeymoon at Majestic Mirage was absolutely amazing. The staff there was phenomenal and everything was spotless. The property is stunning, the food is good, and the people were even better. From day one they were friendly, accommodating and genuine. They take real pride in the services they offer and it was really refreshing. Our favorite bartenders were Daysi, Omar and Fernandito. Juan Bernardo was always around at the pool for anything we needed. Our butler Yordy was phenomenal and the coffee shop girls Miladis, Wendy and Rosaura were the absolute sweetest. We never wanted to leave and we can’t wait to go back!

My family and I went for 4 nights and five days. Pros: a lot of food everywhere. The steak house was delicious. The staff was amazing, however one of the two nights we ate there we waited over an hour for our food. We missed the show due to the kitchen running so behind. The Italian restaurant was good too. My little one (who is a picky eater, enjoyed their pasta). The sea food restaurant was phenomenal. My husband loved it. The buffets were good but the one by the beach was my favorite for breakfast and lunch. The staff there was very attentive. The Japanese restaurant was okay. We did like the sushi but not the hibachi dinner.The drinks are really good and the property is huge. Their shows are amazing. Very entertaining. However, after they are done, you’re kind on your own but I didn’t mind it because my fam and I aren’t a party group. Cons: they do need some updates in the rooms. My family and I were in three different areas. My brother lost power one day and another day water was coming down the roof. Then, my mother and I experienced a strong humid smell in our rooms. It was intolerable. Even though they tried fixing it, it made our stay not as enjoyable. My husband had to be emptying the humidifier twice at day. I also noticed that upon arriving the shower and toilet area of our room wasn’t the cleanest which made me feel gross when taking a shower. Overall, we had a nice stay. We went in such a low season and Magestic delivered more than what we expected.

We went with our 4 years old daughter. The resort is advertising multiple activities for kids throughout the day. There was no activities for kids at all, especially in the evening! After 7pm. they just have a live music…other resorts around have an entertainment for kids but not this one. In addition to that, the restaurants are for adults only…so we couldn’t attend any of them…. If you traveling with kids, choose different resort.

This hotel is wonderful. It has the friendliest staff of any AI resort we have been too and is now our favorite with two trips in eight months. The manager Elena is wonderful and makes every guest feel like they are the most important. Eduardo our butler has become part of the family. He tends to any request no matter how big or small. We feel like we have known him forever. Jerry in the piano bar makes the best espresso martinis on property.

What a beautiful experience! Stayed at Majestic Elegance in Cancun last year and we decided to stay at Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana this year. We had an amazing time! Services, food, and unlimited drinks were awesome. It was truly an all-inclusive resort. Our butler, Elvin was super helpful. Everyone was super friendly and nice! The entertainment was superb! I will definitely visit again. Highly recommend

Beautiful resort. The ocean is magical. It’s exactly what you see in the photographs. If you do not need help while you are here, you’re going to have a fantastic vacation. No customer service rep in this resort. No manger on duty, either. Most employees speak literally no English. The butler we were assigned, Bolivar, didn’t respond to us when our power went out. He also let himself into our suite and was yelling “sir”to my husband who was hanging out on the balcony trying to thaw out. Coming into our suite w out being invited was alarming and it gave my husband a fright. We’re traveling w our daughters!! Back to the power. It went out five times in less than 24 hours. Twice was in the middle of the night and being unable to breathe (CPAP) alerted us that there was no power. No way to regulate the temperature in the suite. Only way to make room temp bearable is to open the patio door. Doing this will turn the a/c off. PAINFULLY COLD. No one to help us. Thankfully, we didn’t see any bugs here, so opening the door for relief worked out mostly ok. We were above the pool. Beautiful view. Not beautiful, though, to try to be in our room but forced to have the door open so that we can be comfortable. Huge family in the pool having the time of their lives. We loved it for them! Hard to talk to each other up in our suite, however, because it was like having multiple guests right there in our vacation suite w us. If they had a mgmt team we might return but they don’t.

We got locked out our room a couple times and we had to walk back to get the keys reprogramed, and I have a bad knee. our room had a stale smell to it. It was hard talking to people, very few spoke English. We are older and couldn’t go to sleep until they were done partying, because the music was to loud.

We had a great time, couldn't be happier. The beach was beautiful, pools were lovely. My husband was totally impressed with the top end liquor, the restaurants were all wonderful. The grounds were exceptional and most of the staff were so friendly with a few exceptions but we didn't let that bother us. Our butler ( Mario Candio) was the best, he managed to track us down no matter where we were. A thumbs up to the ladies who took care of our rooms they were so nice. We will definitely be returning.
