Property and staff amazing; food delicious and plentiful; beds decent and clean. My only issue which is personal, is the location because it’s far from everything. If you like to explore or hang out side of the resorts, do yourself a favor and rent a car. This lovely place is for people that prefer to stay on the property and maybe do excursions. Overall, I had the best birthday trip ever, all thanks to this establishment. 💋

The property was amazing and everyone was extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our celebrations were acknowledged in special ways. The swim up suite was perfection and lots of restaurants with great food. Also there were fun activities every night. We will definitely be back. My only feedback was the resort credits can be explained better. You can only use a portion depending what activity you choose so you have to spend alot to use them all. Other than that it was a phenomenal time! Thank you all

Resort was not as pictured. On beach, however can not go in water at resort due to rocks and unsafe conditions. Beach empty entire stay. Very limited dining, average food, bars close early, no entertainment- local singers- not very talented and a ? Circus show. Everyone with hand out for tips. Taxi drivers change amout when arrive, $47 each wayfor shopping 15 minutes awsy, pushed time share and extra purchases constantly. Resort empty,. Would never return

The place is beautiful, but the entertainment was very minimal, so not much to do other than drink and hang by the pool, half the restaurants were closed daily so reservations didn’t line up with what we reserved bc they suddenly would close. The staff were not too accommodating either.

1. Upon arrival we told them we’re celebrating our anniversary. Usually at other resort we get the banner & something complimentary since we have silver status but nothing here. The guy caught an attitude because we didn’t want to upgrade our room for $500USD more and we already paid for a luxury suite. 2. Our hotel credit was useless because everything we wanted was discounted and they had a “promotion” of some kind so we had to pay an additional fee either way. 3. Paid for the couples spa experience but only received half of it because the guy rushed us to our massage so we didn’t even start with our hydrotherapy. Just the steam and vapor room for about 10 mins each. 4. The first day our bathroom lights had issues, the one in the toilet barely worked. 5. Housekeeping came after 3pm everyday even though we asked for mornings and wanted to clean while we were in the room. 6. Ran out of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so we needed to call front desk. But housekeeping did not fail to collect the tips we left EVERYDAY. 7. The pool was not clean, every time we came out our clothes were stained yellow. Ended up throwing out clothes because I was grossed out. 8. There were limited food options. Restaurants did not have a set schedule. 9. The swim up bars were ok and the staff were more attentive and friendly. 10. Our last day we’re at the restaurant. No utensil, napkins or water. We asked and it felt like we’re bothering the staff.

There’s not much to do staying here unless you’re coming for strictly relaxation. September is apart they’re down season, which i did not know so there wasn’t much to do on the property. The food options are the same everyday and the restaurants aren’t the hype they present. Room: my room was nice lovely view but the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room properly, nor did the hot water work in the shower for most of my stay. I got a second room but still had a problem with the hot water. I give my stay an 3/5 star rating.
