It is not adults only! Only certain areas are adult only. Our first room the ac wasn’t working, we had to pack everything up to move. There was a roach in my sink and in the shower the next day. Probably won’t be back.

I chose Margaritaville, for my first trip out of the country. To say the least, i was decent. The staff there honestly made the whole trip. The food was not good. Including the room service. They constantly got our orders wrong. Also, its not there fault. But there tap water there (which they use to make ice) will make your stomach sour. If you don't make the store by 10pm, you're out of luck until the next morning. Still had a good time. But looking forward to visiting another resort. Btw Andres and Manaury are two awesome gentleman and deserve to be praised!

We loved our stay at the Margaritaville Cap Cana resort!! The staff was wonderful and they had many things for us to do both at the resort as well as excursions not on the property! We felt very safe with the amount of security they had around and near the property. They also had dining options for so many different eating restrictions like vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc. We would totally stay there again!

The property promotes ADULTS ONLY, this is NOT true, they have a family side and adult side for swimming only. Everywhere else on the grounds there are kids running around everywhere. They have a main bar in the adult only section that they have entertainment at night and kids are running around at the bar, ridiculous. Our group left our kids at home for an all adult experience, didn't happen! They also harass you to take the time share tour, which none of us were interested in. When we made that clear, we were treated like we were 3rd class citizens, when in fact we paid over $2K for a 4 night stay. We made reservations for dinner at 630pm on Friday night, due to us not taking the tour, not being what they call at Prestige member, we were not seated for our 630pm confirmed dinner reservation until 925pm, that only happened after one person in our group would not allow the treatment we were getting to happen I gave up and was finished after 715pm. If you are looking for an all-inclusive adults only experience to relax and not be stressed out to take a time share tour, this is not the place! If you have kids and want to have family time, take a time share tour, buy to come back with your kids, then this is the place for you. I would not attend this facility again. I give it an overall 3 out of 5 only because the grounds were nice and clean.

Resort was clean and immaculate! Honestly one of the most well kept clean resorts we've stayed at. But there were so any things that could be better. Customer service is lacking......One of the most noticeable things is that most workers will not greet or acknowledge you when you walk by. We stayed in the 2nd floor villa (private pool) the room was beautiful and clean but the private pool was dirty , they did empty the water after complaining for 2 days, clean it and filled it back up. With the villa categories, you have a "butler". I would say butler would be a stretch considering he called 3 out of 5 days and all that was needed was ice (there is not an ice machine in the villas) The most frustrating part, if you travel on the weekends is the amount of locals that stay in the resort. Staff caters to them more so than anyone else. Any"adults only"restaurant is either closed or not open during the weekday. The dinner buffet is not open on weekdays, only weekends. The beach is unusable due to the amount of rock so if you think you can spend a day at the beach, think again! Also beware of the amount of glass in the sand, Takes 10 minutes to get in the water and a lot of work to get out. Not worth going if you enjoy the beach or want a vacation without screaming kids. property is very close to the airport but with that being said you're probably better off finding something a little further with a good beach. Food was not great, very little to choose from if you have allergies.

For an all inclusive resort the food was mediocre, even at the specialty restaurants. Drinks were great and strong when you wanted them to to be. The entertainment calendar could of had more diversity and from my room standing point which was located Infront of the entertainment village and the theatre the sound level could be lower for those who go to resorts to relax. my biggest complaint was that at times when i wanted to relax in my room i could not due to the resident singer or music playing until 11pm. The resort grounds were clean, well manicured, staff friendly, room size was great and very comfortable beds, friendly staff all around.

Margaritaville Cap Cana was amazing. I loved every single moment I spent here. It is very clean and modern and the staff is very welcoming. Huge shout out to the best entertainer there, Jesus Ayyayyay. I would definitely recommend this place, you will not be disappointed. I love that the pools have a bar in them. Everything in the resort is easily accessible.

The staff was lovely. The beach was a very big disappointment. We felt we wasted our money because there is no beach as such . I wish I had known I would have never gone to this resort. The food is very average all the meat are overcooked. The pan Asian restaurant was the worst. They really need to change their Chefs. The resort on the other hand is lovely great if you are ok with the pools. lots of amenities. The resort is big clean and beautiful. Not much choice in beer . Wanted us to buy expensive wines with every meal.

Everyone is very lovely here. Excellent service I felt very welcomed. Needed something fixed in the room and someone was there within 5 minutes. The beach in front of the hotel is not good, you have to walk a few feet but the water is beautiful. However their pools makes up for it. I had a lovely time. Food is great will definitely be back.
