We enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. Emmanuel was always so kind and found us daily. There were lots of drink and food options. We lost water one day, but they worked to get it back running. The grounds people try hard to keep everything looking beautiful. Had difficulty finding activities, so we did our own things.

The staff here were exceptionally helpful and hospitable. They were quick to answer any questions I had and I knew I could always reach out via WhatsApp to get good information about any excursions or food options I wanted. They made the reservation process smooth for the different restaurants. una experiencia desastrosa. No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto. Lamentablemente, nuestra estadía en el Meliá Punta Cana Beach Adults Only fue una completa decepción desde el primer día. La habitación estaba sucia, con ropa de cama con bichos y cobertores manchados. No hacían una limpieza adecuada y ni siquiera reponían toallas a menos que todas estuvieran en el piso, algo absurdo para un hotel que se presenta como de lujo. La heladera nunca fue repuesta, el servicio fue escaso y desganado, y todo lo que uno espera que esté incluido, tenía un costo extra ridículo. Nos fuimos a descansar y terminamos lidiando con problema tras problema. Tampoco había internet en la habitación, lo cual me hizo perder un contrato de trabajo muy importante. Esto no es un resort de lujo, es una burla. Lo mínimo que espero es que Expedia revise este caso y nos devuelva el dinero. Fue una pésima inversión de tiempo, dinero y energía

This resort was exactly needed for the perfect reset. The hospitality was amazing from the second we walked in. We were assigned a personal concierge to help us through our entire stay, other concierges would help willingly if you needed it as well. The staff was so welcoming, and fun. Transportation of golf carts were very quick making the wait times short to get across resort. FOOD: 5/5. So much flavour was in all of their dishes, and they did not miss once to make sure that their food was on top of any other resort’s. The environment was quiet, which was needed, and felt safe and comfortable everywhere. Not a super party resort, but they did have many forms of entertainment like yoga, Pilates, dancing, crafts, spa, foam party on the Friday, and late night entertainment. So amazing and will return again! Thank you for an amazing stay!
