Not bad for a one time visit. Great beach and beautiful site. Food was good and staff is ok. Restaurants are good, but food is over salted. Room was good with nice AC. Entertainment is good. Hotel has poor drainage and main/side walkways flood then rains. First floor rooms flood.

I like the resort overall and would definitely recommend it. The territory is huge and there are a lot things to do. At least 3 different a-la-carte restaurants in addition to the main one a couple of VIP places, like Quimera. The food selection is great, a lot of seafood for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A few bars open all day long, they offer mostly local alcohol, however, you can order imported drinks for an extra charge. A 25-meter swimming pool by the reception is perfect! From the down sides, there are also a few. 1. Check-in process took us about an hour between the arrival and getting to the room. 2. In order to get from lobby or deluxe room to the beach area, you need to use the road shared with the transport, if you want to walk. There are no sidewalks and huge puddles after the rain. Golf-carts are available regularly, but sometimes those are full and you need to wait 10-15 minutes for the next one. 3. The walkable trails and pavements are very slippery after the rain, as those are painted (I don't know why).

Hot tub was leaking. I called to report the issue. No one ever got back to me to say if it was fixed or not. So i went with out the hot tub the rest of my trip.

This was an amazing hotel. The property is quite big so there isn’t a need to leave the hotel. However if you do want to walk to the local shop it’s about 20/30 mins. Excursions were easy to book and worth the money. There are four restaurants but only one you don’t need to book which was a little annoying as we weren’t aware beforehand. You have to be quick as reservations go quick.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone , the estate is beautiful but that is it , you’ll be harassed in the beach and the pool side but outside guest . The dinner is alwful and had been sitting out for some time, the cleaners will come at 7.30 in the morning for you will have the someone moawing the lawn at 8.30. The staff do not care about their guest nor the service They provide. They say is a wellness hotel however I’ve been stressed since the moment I arrived.

This was our second time at this resort. We stayed on the Adults Only side, and noticed that it could use some work. The signage for the cottages needs to be repaired. The key-card lock to our room was temperamental. And our safe didn't work, which led to my wife having (at least) a $20 bill taken from her drawer. We reported the theft, but of course nothing came of it. We also had a hard time trying to rent bicycles—the rental person wasn't at their post that day, but the resort still sold us the rental. Then when we tried to get the refund it took a long time to just reverse the charge. We wasted about 4 hours of our day just reporting the money stolen and trying to rent bikes.

We got robbed in our room!! Stay away!!
Our vacation is ruined! We got robbed! Searched through our personal things and wallet, 2 credit cards stolen and $600 in cash, already charged $1170 on one of the cards. Door frame crooked and safe not working. Friends from Canada and USA, stay off this hotel !

The staff. We returned for the staff, they go to the sky and back just to please you! Maria, Hilario, Jose, Andrea, Miguel, Jorge, Maxwell, Alejandro, just to name a few, they are so professional and polite people. The luxuriant vegetation is maintained very well, the restaurants have all great food, the management team is down to earth, it was a ten out of ten for us, again this year.
