We had a great stay but there are elements that can be improved. The volume at all shows was extremely loud and I am pretty certain it was way beyond safe listening for babies and kids. We didn’t know who to talk to about it.

Furious with this resort. They force you to meet with a “concierge” who proceeded to lie to us about a promotion which ended up costing us $240 more. Our concierge disappeared after it happened and refused to make it right. The hotel staff and managers also refused to help us. We are angry and it ruined our experience.

The food could have been much better. The housekeeping was not pleasant at all. They did not clean our room and then had an attitude when they needed to come back and the only thing I wanted was for them to take out the trash.

This trip did not meet our expectations, primarily due to the level of customer service we experienced. Our incoming flight was delayed, resulting in a late arrival and check-in. Unfortunately, during the check-in process, several key items were overlooked, which significantly disrupted our vacation plans while traveling with an infant and a two-year-old. - Room service was not enabled, and it took an additional day and a half for it to become available on our TV. - I was unable to make restaurant reservations due to a system issue, which limited our dining options to the buffet restaurant only. - I had to visit the lobby multiple times to address these problems. - The restaurant staff was not particularly helpful. For instance, when we inquired about infant food at the explore table, we were informed that it was unavailable, yet we discovered it the following morning. This inconsistency was frustrating and indicated a lack of willingness to assist. - Additionally, we were not informed about the personal concierge service until the last day of our stay, which we accidentally learned about while visiting the Gazebo to ask a simple question. - To compound our experience, when we inquired about the concierge service, we were drawn into a marketing and sales presentation that consumed several hours of our time. Despite finalizing paperwork, we were later informed that the villa we were interested in was unavailable, which felt misleading.

Terrible food!! There are only four restaurants to choose from for dinner. What they do not tell you is that only two are open at a time! Reservations are next to impossible to get, so you end up having to eat at the buffet most nights. They do not use burners or heat lamps at the buffet, therefore the food is room temperature and it’s disgusting! I am not exaggerating when I say someone is going to get seriously sick eating that food! Aqua Nick is very cool for kids. Just be aware that adults are NOT allowed on the water slides. Adults can only use the lazy river, but after a day of that it gets pretty boring. They advertise a new water park with huge slides for adults too. We were there for 8 days and we never found it! I do not believe it actually exists. If it does exist, it is not on the premises. This is the first resort I’ve ever been to that does NOT rake their beach every morning. The seaweed just piles up and you have to walk through a disgusting amount of it to get to the water. The staff is adequate, but they are not very friendly. Most seem like they hate their job. Most do not speak English. For the price of this resort, we expected better. On the plus side, every night at 6 they do free face painting and the kids really like that. The ice cream shop is great too.

Don't recommend it to anyone. The AC did not work in my room nor any of the other 3 reservations I made for other friends and family. The mini bar did not work either. I appreciate the staff there trying to resolve it but the reality is management needs to invest in the property. The staff at the breakfast was rude, service was horrible. I had to get up and get my own drinks since they were all mostly focus on cleaning tables vs serving the guests. They were suppose to call my daughter for her first birthday and didn't do it. At checkout I had a random charge of 140 on my room for something I didn't do. I almost missed my flight since I had to wait for. a manager to clear this charge, checkout took more than 30 minutes. The manager was busy dealing with a line of complaints. I will definitely not be back not any of my friends. The food was the worst, most of the meals were not fresh. Couldn’t find fresh bread for 4 days, it was hard. When I asked for meat at the buffet the guy looked at me and said he didn’t have no more I had to wait at least 45 minutes. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my coworkers and business partners either. For the money spent here I could’ve stayed at other resorts in Cancun for half of the price with much better food and service.

Shower was leaking water from the ceiling. Ceiling eventually came down. Shower glass door collapsed and shards of glass all over the shower. Unsafe conditions for my family. Aside from the hotel losing our stroller at checkin somehow and not replacing it when we left our time spent was great. The place was clean and the offer golf cart rides to get around seeing as things can be spaced out. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best and tough for picky eaters. Much at the waterpark was good and diners were the best. Wok wok and spacewalker were fantastic. Wok wok was all excellent and spacewalker get the short rib. You won’t be sorry. Plenty of booze all around. Plenty to keep a 5 yr old busy. Wished they had more for 1yr . They did have one splash pad that worked well for our 1 yr old. The large splash pad and lazy river were perfect for us and our 5yr old. Plenty of pools and can’t forget the beach and the views. Just ignore the pesky sales people at the beach. Regarding the missing stroller: it came out of the transportation vehicle and went missing somehow while we checked in. All my bags were still there. They gave us a stroller to use but wouldn’t let us leave with it when I asked to buy it. Even though it was basically unsafe and shouldn’t have been allowed to stay in service. The room had its share of minor issues but nothing crazy. Few leaky parts in the bathroom and the room not getting quite cold enough, although the temperature as was, was manageable; it was however inconsistent. The mini fridge kept cool but not cold. And the handle to the balcony was breaking and clearly reattached several times prior.

Great vacation spot for young family of 5! Lots of great dining options & large waterpark. Snick lounge & jelly fish gym offered some great indoor play options. Nick club staff were very friendy& inviting for kids. We needed medical care for 4 year old daughter- the 24/7 on site doctor saw us within 15 minutes of request. The rooms are a little tight with just king bed / sofa couch but we made it work! Fun spot!
