Overall the experience was good but the main restaurant was not open for dinner twice. We were told to eat sandwich or wait until 9:30pm at the burger place to eat dinner with kids. The host at the burger and Asian restaurants is rude, everyone else is really nice and polite. We were also given a personal concierge who did not book any of the appointments and our kids missed out on a lot of fun as we trusted her ( and she confirmed) while no booking was done. Overall not a bad place but our experience was not great.

Where do I start! This hotel was not what I expected. First time traveling to a Nickelodeon resort and the last! Rooms were ok, nothing great to them and looking outdated. We had a swim up suite which my 5 yr old used once. Not much activities for the kids besides the water park. To meet the characters you either have to pay or you have to catch a “meet n greet” which is once every other day! The food buffet - Horrible. Very dissatisfied with the resort. We only lasted two days and left

Disappointed with the Experience Despite the Magic of a First Birthday!!! We recently stayed at the Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana by Karisma to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday. While the excitement of being at a themed resort and seeing her smile was priceless, the overall experience left us disappointed, especially given our expectations and the premium branding of the resort. Our first day went smoothly and brought a lot of joy—seeing the characters and enjoying the themed environment was exactly what we hoped for. Unfortunately, the experience quickly declined after that. Soon after arriving, we were approached about attending a presentation that was clearly positioned as a way to receive "free" character breakfast tickets. However, the presentation was essentially a timeshare pitch, although they went out of their way not to call it that. This left a bad taste, especially since we were there to celebrate a milestone, not sit through sales tactics. Additionally, many of the services and experiences that we assumed were part of our stay—like character breakfasts and show access—came with extra fees that were never disclosed at booking. We were shocked to learn that unless you enroll in their "members club" (which is basically a timeshare), you end up paying significantly more for experiences that should be standard at a resort built around children and themed entertainment.
