Staying at an amazing hotel with great food is such a treat, isn't it? Imagine walking into a beautifully decorated room and instantly feeling relaxed. The smell of delicious food wafting from the restaurant always gets my attention. Having someone else cook amazing meals while on vacation is the best. I wish I was there right now!

The food was horrible. We all got sick. No air conditioning in any of the restaurants or buffet, only at the ice cream parlour. Rooms didn’t have AC that went lower than 25 degrees Celsius. All glassware smelled like fish and alcoholic beverages tasted like soap because they didn’t have enough cups and would have to quickly wash cups to give out new drinks

I was not satisfied with the meals because they were not available all day when one was hungry. The room's TV had issues the entire trip. Even though we were compensated in another way, I was not happy with that. Karisma was the company that wanted us to join and kept insisting, and the representative was annoyed that we wouldn't join.
