The property was good. The food was okay. The entertainment staff made the trip the best. It was disappointing that during our stay, a half day of the beach was taken over for a wedding. The wedding, cocktail hour, and reception resulted in all beach activities for the day being cancelled. Last minute. It was very apparent that the management planned poorly when the published daily events didn’t reflect any changes until midday. A designated wedding location, that doesn’t interrupt the other vacationers just because they’re not preferred members, would make all the difference.

We had a wonderful stay. Our butler, Jose, was fantastic at helping us and getting us what we needed. The bartenders, Sebastian and Obispo, at the blue Dorado pool bar were our favorites. We will be back!

Here for a wedding. Stayed on the preferred side, which is a long walk to the beach, but they do have carts that will take you wherever you want to go on resort. Plenty of pools and chairs to find whatever you're looking for.

The Preferred area was excellent; our 2 room suite was perfect, spacious and clean. Pools were amazing. Staff was excellent. Food was very good, overall. Steaks were overdone - could have been better quality meats. Internet needs improving.

Shortly after arriving at room, found that bed had bugs. Was moved to another room where tv did not work. Spent two days with maintenance workers before they determined they could not fix it. Packed up again and was moved to a third room. Would never recommend and will never return to this property. Worst vacation ever.
