We had an amazing stay here. The food was great at Dreams and we easily made friends with the employees, who were always so kind and helpful. There is always something to do at the resort, whether it’s swimming by the pool, pool volleyball, beach yoga, Spanish lessons, dance lessons, live shows, and even the nightclub at Breathless is a lot of fun. The only thing I’d suggest is to update the music played throughout the resort as it is a little outdated. Most of the music is from about early 2000s-2016. The resort is amazing overall. We had the best time and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely be coming back. Some noteworthy friendly employees were: Lohan, Espaghetti, Luis, Alberto, and Kendrick Wow. Thank you so much for an unforgettable trip!!

The Resort needs to clarified with Expedia about their child booking policy. We were booking a family package of 3 adults and 1 child(15yrs old) through Expedia website. As we were checking in with the resort they did not allow us to check in due to the child being over 12 yrs old. The staffs/management at the resort stated that it’s in their policy that we have to paid full adult price for the child. We’ve paid for the full adult price for the 15 yrs old. The resort gave me two options. Either we book another room or pay an extra charge as I was also traveling with two other families. The staff/management at the resort said that Expedia will refund us the child credit but they cannot do anything until Monday as my family and i were checking in on a Saturday. The entire duration of my trip at the resort, we were going back and forth between the Resort and Expedia of the refund but we still don’t know that we will able a refund. Therefore, whoever is booking from the third party, please be careful when booking as expedia and the resort has different age limit when it comes to booking.
