The size of the property was well laid out and the facilities such as dining, swimming pool and the beach easily accommodated guests. The room could do with some thorough cleaning. The restaurants were well decorated and the food was very good. Most of the staff were very pleasant and bilingual, which was convenient.

I loved the service and attention received at this location . You saw an array of management making sure all was up to par in every station of the resort . I loved the service provided by the carts personnel in taking us around the entrance of the facility for outdoor activities. It was a great experience. We were saddened with the salgaso but that is mature !

The room had mold in it it was more older.they did not speak no form of English I would not recommend this hotel because of the English and The Limited of communication with the staff and they were not friendly at the cinema bar there's an employee by the name of Sunday he was very racist and did not want to help us at all

The pool was amazing and lots of room for everyone. However, your property needs to work on including English speakers. All activities and shows are 100% Spanish. The Steak house and Italian restaurant wete excellent. The Seafood restaurant was adequate, but the Oriental restaurant was very poor. The housekeeping staff were excellent.

This is a great resort to stay at! There were some minor inconveniences but nothing that would be deal breakers. We are also very low maintenance people so we were able to just roll with whatever happened. Little things like no microwave in the room, light switches were weirdly wired, loose bathroom faucet, etc. Nothing too bad. Dining options are great and we highly recommend the spa! It is an extra charge but well worth it!
