Nice property, restaurant, entertainment and beach. A little bit of stress trying to get a set by the pool or at the beach. Not enough chairs for all the guests. People "reserve" many chairs with towels. So you can't find a place for you, while there are so many empty chairs. Very irritating!

Even with reservation we were left unattended and every restaurant we tried to dine at it was a hour wait and upper class privileged package was priorty After a few days food was the same even if you tried the restaurants The people visiting were annoying duw to this Trying to skip lines and go around to get in front of people Hogging places for this i will rather invest in a place of myself

Ocean Blue & Sands is NOT a 5 star resort, it is not what they claim to be. I would rate this resort to be a 3 star. The restaurants within this resort was extremely disappointing and it was challenging to find a decent meal. My daughter ended up getting violently sick staying at this resort which resulted us in an ambulance to a hospital which was a very traumatizing ordeal. Restaurant staff refused to allow us to bring food from the restaurants to our hotel room for our daughter when she was ill even when explained of our situation of our ill daughter. Hotel staff had No compassion. Room service menu had very limited options. For example, from 11am onwards, coffee or juice or tea delivery was unavailable which I found to be very bizarre. Orange juice at this resort seemed to be from a powdered mix. Very bizarre. There was another instance when we had discovered our door was left opened, when we had returned from an outing, either by housekeeping or perhaps an intruder had entered our room. Hotel staff neglected and rejected our request to check security cameras for us. There were many attempts of hotel staff entering our room unannounced, no knocks upon entry, which was a huge invasion of privacy. Room smelt of mold. House keeping rarely swept our floors. The television in our room was damaged. Our time at Ocean Blue & Sands was disappointing.
