The only problem was the pool area, people left the towels in the seats and there not in the pool area and no one do nothing and no option to state in the pool with no chairs.

This was our 5th time at the resort and as usual it was amazing. Our room was perfect, food was great. We love the staff each time we go and the entertainment they provide at all times The Beach party was fantastic along with the bands each night. We always meet fun people we end up making friends with. We will be back!

The property was beautiful and was exceptionally clean. The service could be improved as the staff were not very friendly, some were great but majority barely acknowledged our group of friends on a regular basis. Also the Restaurants that you had to make a reservation for where impossible to book. The app would freeze or say processing and we could never make a reservation. We wanted to go to the Steak house and the Japanese Restaurant but the app wouldn't work each time we tried to book.

Just finished my 2nd stay at this property- we loved every minute- beautiful views, people and food. Also noticed the food has been "upgraded" since my previous visit in June 2023 - not sure if they have a new chef but I'd def noticed improvements in the culinary options. Keep up the great work!

We liked how accessible the beach was and how they had events every night. We did not like the service where we waited an hour after check in for our rooms that we did not book for. We also did not like how they tried to sell us their hotel package and wasted hours of our morning while being on vacation. Very disappointed with this hotel experience

Overall the property and the experience was great. When we did enter our room,which was fuly air conditioned, had no phone lines in operation. Had to report it to the front desk 3 times which was a bit of a turn off. With a hungry lid, I had no option but to walk/wait for the taxi to report it to the reception. Also felt that there marketing team is too aggressive, they wanted us to purchase the premium travel club membership, and we felt we could have used our time better on the second day after breakfast. Would recommend the place.

The food was not good, buffet was disorganized and did not taste good. Ate at the hibachi one night, it was ok and one night at the Mexican and we didn’t like it at all. The service was poor and felt like we were an inconvenience to the workers. Nobody made us feel welcome except for the people when we first checked in who tried getting us to a time share. The towel place was all the way on the beach, they need more places to exchange towels along with showers to wash off from beach. Entertainment was lackluster Saturday through Tuesday. The beach is beautiful (although way too many vendors walking around selling random stuff). Two very large pools, although the pools were mostly very deep and would prefer more places to lay or sit in water. We never had an issue with getting chairs although umbrellas can be scarce. Mikes coffee was good. Rooms were decent. Pinky was the highlight of the trip. Our flight was cancelled on the way out and were put up in the lopesan resort and wow what a difference in service, food and everything.

The pool and beach were beautiful! Food for the most part was good! Some things we weren’t a fan of was there only being water bottles in the room and staff was very strict on how many bottles you could have. Also staff was rude and unfriendly.
