This was my second time to this resort, the food is very good and well seasoned. The drink host Teresa in the lobby made me and my brothers feel so welcome every night. For those concerned about safety no problems in that area. The facility is beautiful and is walkable and it has transportation around the grounds. It will need some updating soon but nothing to deter from experience. Would I return, absolutely!

This is the second brothers trip we have had at Ocean Blue and Sand. Food excellent, rooms great even the entertainment was better. Teresa the waitress in the lobby made this trip memorable.

This property is catered to Spanish speakers. There was little translation happening at the activities which left us Americans feeling left out because we don’t speak Spanish. The staff that could speak English was helpful but they were busy.

This is my second time arriving at Ocean Blue. My family and I loved it! It is family-friendly, but it also has things for adults. I love the activities it has to offer, the food, and the staff. The bartender Alfonso and many others were amazing! They always refilled our drinks and ensured we had a great time. I appreciate Jesus from the Steakhouse restaurant. He noticed that my boyfriend loved the steak and offered another. Ismael, the concierge, had helped my family and me with reservations at some restaurants and ensured we were updated with the activities and events that were going on throughout the day! Overall, this place is amazing! Thank you!

Our concierge, Ismael Medina, was great bringing service, restaurant reservations was completed by Ismael. The staff and over all people are great 5/5. Definitely recommend getting privilege!! Facilities is a bit older and at times had a weird smell. Food was mediocre at best. Disappointed how the pool closes at 6:30. Nothing left to do if you go to the excursion because the pool and beach area will be close.

This place was so nice ! We were always greeted by the safe even if we were just walking past them. The drinks are great and the night time entertainment is really good ! The crowd could use more energy but hey. I have nothing but good things to say. I do need to be honest about 2 things that threw off the stay. On the last night we had burgers and it gave us an upset stomach. Lastly, there was a little outage for about 5 minutes. Everything else - great !

I liked the food and staff was courteous and professional. I did not like that all entertainment was geared towards a Spanish audience which I do not know one word. My family and I skipped out most evenings on the entertainment.
