Our weekend at Paradisus Palma Real was unforgettable! The staff were amazing, and the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Jordania, José and John Bryant at the counter, who made sure everything was perfect for us. We were celebrating our anniversary, and when we got to our room, we were surprised with champagne, fruit, and chocolates—such a sweet touch! The food was incredible, with so much variety. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I just absolutely love this property. The central area as you enter the property you can see straight through the center to the main pool area and beach. They added a kid's zone for kids to have fun while mom/dad enjoy time alone. I love the pool activities this year for kids and the bubble machine pool party. Also all the nightly entertainment is wonderful, and they have a sports bar for dancing or watching the big games. The people are great and strive to please. There are a lot of food options, although some restaurants are better than others. The only thing that I did not like was the first room they gave us. We wanted a garden view, but they upgraded us to poolside. The room was smaller, and some things didn't seem to work. My wife and son hated the room and we weren't planning to come back. My boy Jose gave us several options, and we got a room near where we were last year. For us garden view was better than the pool view. Pool view is good for adults that don't want to be near the activity. We love being near the activity. I also wish they had more restaurants open daily, but that wasn't really an issue. I also found out there is a casino on the property, although I don't gamble. Nice to have many things to do from the property like being on a cruise ship. Although there are other Melia properties on the same estate, I prefer Paradisus. Having a great pool next to a beautiful beach provides everything you want on vacation. Paradisus is a paradise.

The location itself was amazing. The pools, restaurants and overall areas were in great shape. The initial reception and welcome was very nice. Most of the staff throughout the stay was amazing, genuine and helpful. There are a few members of the staff that either do not care or should not work in the service industry. Management should find ways to weed these "bad apples". Otherwise, it was a great experience and I will most definitely come back to Paradisus Palma Real!

The property had an amazing view and the room was clean and comfortable however there are limited activities to do on the property, dinning for lunch was at one spot, food was average and you can’t even relax on the beach without someone coming every 3 mins trying to sell you something. Most of the staff were nice but they were nicer to people who spoke their language over people who spoke English. Overall my rating for this property is a 6.5/10.

My family and I had the best time in Paradisus Palma Real. If you're looking for a calm relaxing hotel to spend time with your family and kids that is not completely boring this is the place for you. I took my 16 month old daughter with me and it was not rowdy and filled with party goers like other hotels can be but it did have music and night options as well so it was a perfect balance. Very clean, staff was very attentive and accomodating. We stayed in the bigger room with kitchenette and living room and it was very comfortable. The food options were amazing. The only thing I found it was missing was a kids waterpark but they even had babysitting option for younger and older kids in separate space. We loved it and want to go back again in the future.
