Punta Cana Princess is an absolute nightmare, and I will never stay here again. What you see online is completely fake… the photos are staged and dishonest, making the place look far better than reality. In person, it’s outdated, dirty, and nowhere near the “luxury” experience they advertise. To make things worse, I called Expedia while I was at the resort, and the way my issue was handled was careless and dismissive. I expected support and I got none. Shame on Expedia for letting customers be misled like this.

The resort was very chill and beautiful, which was exactly the vibe we were going for celebrating our babymoon. However, we were bamboozled by a staff member. He told us we would be going to breakfast at a sister resort because that’s what all first time stayers do. However, he never said that it was part of a sales pitch. Once we got there we were told it would be 90 minutes. It turned out to be almost 2.5 hours. The specialty restaurants were terrible.

It Is the worst hotel I have evet visited . No air conditioner in the room, dirty bathroom, room service was not daily, we had to call, towels missing , dirty pool, terrible drinks, were pure water and sweets , poor food and no variety, only the entertainment team was good, very hard working kids , the staff in general and the green areas

I was there 3 nights, Food was better then expected. I would go back again knowing the food was great. Rooms were a good #4, One pool and it was Fun. Pool bar Not so high Marks. I did not Drink much and The bar at the pool was Rude to me when I asked for a non alcohol Tropical Drink. all other bars I give a high Standard. Staff was 5 plus star all the way. The Beach I give a one Star. All 4 days i was there it was not Cleaned up. But I still went there just to see the Sun Rise. I spent most of my time at the pool and it was Great. The Grounds Was Perfect. I loved the Grounds. I will go back but might explore other Resorts.

The staff at Punta Cana Princess was amazing! Alexander Gomez is a great manager and was very welcoming. Alexius "Alex" makes a really great frozen drinks. I frequently used to dining options at Caribe Princess for dinner because the dinner at Punta Cana Princess outside of the Italian restaurant is not good. The breakfast and lunch options at Punta Cana Princess are plentiful. I did have an issue with my first assigned room but Alexander fixed that immediately. The rooms at this resort are OUTDATED and resort needs to be renovated urgently however, they know this. So, do not expect a luxurious room. The room is spacious. Given all this, think quality about how much you are willing to pay for a room that looks like Old Vegas and basic dining options. But also take into consideration that the staff is very accommodating and kind. I think the fitness center should provide earlier access in the morning for guests. You can play volleyball, tennis, archery, and group games daily. The connecting resorts have more updated facilities.
