Let me start with a positive: the staff were kind and we liked not having to have a reservation at the specialty restaurants. Next, we could not find the property. Apple and google maps were having trouble locating it. The customer service lady assumed and said let me speak to your driver… I said ma’am I am the driver… where’s this property… the security guard at the main property entrance would not help us find it either. Next, the beach was unusable because of sorgaza and they stated they would not be cleaning it until next month. Thirdly, Our jetted tub in the room (one of the main reasons I selected this property) didn’t work and they were unable to fix it while we were there. They offered us different rooms but we would have to move every day to a new room. And also they were on the 3rd floor which is difficult for me. We would not return to this property especially for the price… too many other quality options

Only one bartender can make this drink. It was my birthday, and I requested a pretty drink. This is what I was given.I was a very happy woman.
The resort has many beautiful statues and backdrops for some great photos.
This was in front of suite. I was back by the 5000 building.
They surprised me with a birthday fruit tray on the day of my birthday. I was so happy.

We got scammed at the hotel, by the bell boys told a shuttle was free and was charged $40 Usd, the staff was rude. The rooms were terrible, the water overflowed from the shower into the toilet area. My husband was disrespected by the staff. The pool was very dirty, drugs baggies floating. Rust and mold everywhere but the grounds were pristine and like 3 members of the hotel were friendly. We did not have access to all 3 properties as we were told.

The resort Needs Tonsssssss of Work. My Friend & I Stayed in Room 2012. The TV Didn’t Work, The Toliet Was Leaking, The Ceiling Was Leaking, The Water From the Shower Pressure Is Horrible. The Pillow Had Stains On it. The Fan Was Spinning & Sounded As if it Was Almost Breaking Off. We Checked in On A Friday We Left On Monday They Never Came to Fix The Toliet Or TV. We Had To Ask For Towels Multiple Times. The Restaurants & Buffet Closes Around 10, 9:30. The Pool Closes 6. The Resort is Really To Go & Relax I Guess. There’s Stray Cats Walking Around While you Eat At The Buffet. Some Of The Staff Attitude is Nasty. Stay Somewhere Else: Do yourself The Favor !!

I could only stay at this property one night. The air-conditioning is not functioning properly room temperatures are 80 degrees and above. Spoke with others who hadn't had air the entire vacation? I was not informed of this issue at check in!! It's obvious that they know of this problem as one couple had been there a week without AC

AC not working/ Patio door would not close, allowing hot air in/ Moldy smell/ Wet bedsheets/ Multiple roaches found/ Water leaking from walls/ Photos falsely advertised. Did not receive what was expected with the premium package. Asked night one to move rooms but staff said the entire resort was the same and we couldn’t switch. Next day, we decided to switch resorts entirely then all of a sudden they offered to switch our rooms. The false advertising being allowed is unacceptable. Overall, negative experience. We spent one night there without using any of their offered resources and still was not allowed any kind of refund. This resort is a complete scam and should not be offered.

Very disappointing. Not sure why it’s rated as high as it is. It’s in terrible location. Roads leading to the resort are very bad. Food was decent at best. There’s constant miscommunication (we speak Spanish and English). Rooms didn’t have AC. And it was dirty and outdated.

Mi habitación 1007 tenía la ducha dañada y la cerradura de la puerta también, no abre fácil swipe issues. El agua de la piscina tibia muy rica, la playa sucia de sargazo y mal olor, ese color de los edificios es feo, deben remodelar y cambiarlo. En mi habitación habían cucarachas pequeñas y el AC no enfriaba bien, buena atención al cliente, pobre infraestructura. Deben remodelar.

Do yourself a favor and do not visit this place. No worth it. Service: terrible, Food: terrible, even the towels for your room were broken. The firniture around the hotel old, some broken, there was no ac the whole time i was in there. Please again do not go there.

The 4 nights we stayed there was no A/C. I was desperate calling them everyday while some staff members acted like they didn't know it was a general problem, others would tell me it was going to work the next day. Well we NEVER had ac. We got 3 rooms, all of them were disgusting, mine was leaking from the ceiling and they had a roll of toilet paper in the way to soak up the drip, the jacuzzi had dead skin and hair. and we found a roach on the sink where my toothbrush was. So if you want ac, cleanliness and nice staff please stay away. We had to stay at another hotel since everything that could go wrong went wrong here.
