I had an incredible experience during my stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, with Jazmin standing out as the best—she truly made me feel welcomed. The bartenders were fantastic, and the nightlife was a blast. My room was clean and spacious, adding to the overall enjoyment. I would rate this experience a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Punta Cana!

The staff was pretty good. Shout out to all the bartenders at the beach bar and the 24 hour bar. Special thanks to Luisa bartender/waitress. She is really special. She made a special appearance the night of my birthday even though she was working at the lobby bar and we were at the beach bar. Brought my wife and I a bottle of champagne to celebrate by birthday. Properly is beautiful. Rooms nice, but A/C is not cool enough, asked about it when we got there and was told the third floors rooms run hot. Beach and pool are beautiful. Pool needs at least another 20-30 umbrellas. If you want a chair at the beach be prepared to get down there no later then 6:45am to put your towels down. Breakfast and lunch were okay. Dinners at the two restaurants were poor at best, service was good but food was subpar. We even tried the steak house at the sister resort and it felt like we were eating in a cafeteria. Be for warned. Over all I would give the resort a 3.9 out of 5.

Great all inclusive resort. Good restaurants selections, drinks are ample. Entertainment program is awesome. Only complaint is about bed sheet and towels. They are low quality. High five to guest entertainment team. They made the stay a wonderful memory.

The hotel/resort falsely advertised All Inclusive and DID NOT OFFER THIS SERVICE. Unclean Not Sanitary. FELT VERY UNSAFE. Hardly anyone spoke any English at all. The taxi’s offered to pay to get to the resort from the airport are in really bad condition and they do not seem very safe or dependable. It was so bad we left a day early.

Overall our experience was disappointing… Pros: -Location/beach -Most of the workers were friendly and welcoming Cons: -Price for the quality -Food (servers were great) -No itinerary/what to expect (yoga, aerobics, etc) -Overall room quality. Our room was dirty/moldy and outdated. Felt like a motel. Our shower was moldy and didn’t drain. We had to wear flip flops every time we showered. Like a gym locker room. -Front desk/guest services was horrible. Not helpful. My girlfriend needed some feminine products one morning. They made us wait 2 hours in the lobby bc they “had to order from the pharmacy”. We were charged a delivery fee and paid $50 for 3 items. Turns out they had the same items in the shop on the resort. When we told this to the guest service manager, to maybe get a refund, even partial, he said there was nothing he could do. The location was by far the best part. The beach/beach staff and bartenders were great. Including Animation.
