El staff de los comedores y entretenimiento un lujo, super amables y bien predispuestos. Las piscinas muy buenas, al igual que el parque acuático (más pequeño de lo que me imaginaba). La comida estuvo bien, variedad y abundancia. Me gustó que tengan en cuenta a los niños a la hora de cocinar (mi bebé de 7 meses tenía varias opciones para comer generalmente). Sin embargo, la habitación no estuvo bien: los muebles rotos, las lámparas torcidas y oxidadas. Además, me robaron dólares y mis tarjetas de crédito y débito dentro de la habitación, así que eso fue muy decepcionante.

Rooms and the Amenities need some serious work. I could hardly even charge my phone in the room without using an object to hold my charger in place. Also the rooms need a make over. The hygiene in the buffet area should be seriously improved on as people can get serious food poison from the buffet area. Its were the food os searved it shoild be really neat and free from insects like cockroaches and excess flies. The ocean side was fantastic though.

Your staff was not FRIENDLY. No smile. I honestly felt like they did not like black people. I even asked at the front desk. The staff in buffet did not smile or great. The bacon was half cooked, but they made sure fry good ham if that’s what it’s called for themselves while my sister stood there waiting thinking they would put in plate for guest. My overall rating is average because of the staff. They need TRAINING and learn to smile and at least say good morning. Checked out and wasn’t even asked how was my stay. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
