First, we got to hotel and were given an occupied room.. which made us lose about an hour at checkin. Then the room given Air conditioning didn't work. The towels and bathrooms had a bad odor like they didnt wash them well or let them dry properly afterwards.. The dinning areas had limited choices and did not taste well.. the staff overall was nice. But overall I would not return …

Beach had lots of weed because of the timing. Not much food options and food was not that great up to our taste buds except Chillis and OLE restaurant. Make Sure bring your own shampoo and lotion, Resort only provide shower gel. If you need some quite place then building 60 is best place to stay in resort but it is long walk from the main lobby.

My family and I have been going to Punta Cana for years and this has been the WORST stay since. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATORS ANYWHERE SO IF YOU HAVE AN ACCESSIBILITY PROBLEM, IF YOU ARE HANDICAPPED OR YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN OR PEOPLE OF A CERTAIN AGE, THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU We stayed in “Deluxe Suites” but there was nothing deluxe or suite about it. The rooms and hallways were dirty, outdated, and smelled like mildew. Love Dominican food but the food there was absolutely terrible Awful hotel I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy
