The property was ok, but not as nice as expected. The dinning options are limited at times and the food quality was underwhelming for the on-site restaurants I experienced. The staff was curtious and friendly.

The sports bar has a lot of room for improvement but other than that the overall stay was pleasant and nice! The staff is definitely the best part about this all inclusive resort! The Italian restaurant was the best!

Long wait for room, and no welcome drinks was offered. The next day was my wife Birthday told the front desk, they said that they would decorate the room and send a bottle of champagne. The room was decorated but I had to go get the champagne for myself..

The beach was beautiful. The property landscaping was very lovely. I always found something I like to eat. The staff works really hard. The Riu party is amazing!!! I had lots of fun. It was a very relaxing trip. This was my first all inclusive resort vacation. I would definitely do it again!

We came down as a couple and we both had an amazing experience here. The rooms are good and the food is excellent. Not one bad meal all week. Plenty of options too. The beach access was easy and pools had plenty of options based on your preference. The staff was fun and accommodating. Will be looking to return in the future!

The resort is nice. The day before I left I did see cockroaches in the bathroom. Some of the staff were friendly others seem standoffish , but I think that was due to the language barrier. I probably wouldn’t choose this resort again.
