From the moment I got there everything was terrible . My friends ceiling was leaking in her room she reported it and all they did was wipe the floor, ceiling was not fixed at all. Then I go to my room only to find out my door doesn’t lock, I report it and it takes them a day and a half to fix my lock so in that time I wasn’t staying in my room I was sleeping in my friends room. When I finally go to my room since the lock is fixed the shower doesn’t work. I try to call the front desk and no one answers I called multiple days multiple times no one would answer . So anyways I report my shower doesn’t work they keep saying someone going to fix it mind you this is only day two NO ONE CAME TO FIX MY SHOWER UNTIL SUNDAY AFTERNOON / NIGHT BETWEEN 2pm -7pm . So after multiple days of reporting to the front desk , calling front desk they get it the shower fixed only the night before I leave which is completely ridiculous. Paid to much money to have a door that doesn’t lock and no shower . Some of the staff was rude and not well informed. Rooms weren’t super clean like you can tell housekeeping don be wanting to clean up every room good . Other guest said they were checked into a room with dirty sheets , mold , no sheets on the bed at all . For this place to be so expensive it should have better quality rooms , better quality liquor! Cause that liquor was cheap too ! Sheets on the bed made thin even though they got the rooms super cold. Honestly I’d give this place a 0/5 if I could .
