The guests of the hotel had an unusual amount of tourists that live an “alternative” lifestyle. At least 25% of the guests were openly and in your face homosexual, trans, confused, etc. What one does behind closed doors is their choice. Also, the guests would come to dinner in bathing suits, thongs, barefoot and loud. There needs to be more rules of decorum, so that people, like me, that shower and dress for dinner, can enjoy their meals. Food tastes better when you aren’t forced to see a 250 lb lady in a thong, bending over to pick up her beach bag! To each their own, but there should be a warning to the normals of the world what to expect of the hotel’s clientele. I’ll try somewhere more mainstream next trip.

I’ve had the opportunity to visit many properties around the world, and while this one had exceptional staff who were attentive and welcoming, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the rooms. Unfortunately, I noticed the presence of ants and a few roaches during my stay. With some improvements in housekeeping and pest control, this property could easily reach the high standard its staff already demonstrates.

When I read these reviews I was terrified! But I had a ball! Room was clean NO bugs someone cleaned our room everyday and food was 6.5/10 which isn’t bad for all inclusive vibes were fun everything was great!

Mi experiencia en este Hotel ha sido excelente, desde el inicio de mi llegada fue muy rápido y eficiente el proceso de hacer el "check-in". La habitación en que me alojaron estuvo muy cómoda y muy limpia. Las actividades que hubo fueron muy diversas y divertidas. Mi habitación estaba cerca de la piscina del Bar de Saona donde pasé la mayoría del tiempo de mi estadía. Quiero agradecer el excelente trato de los bartenders Yuma, Aneury, Diana que dieron el maximo con sus excelentes atenciones en el Bar. Mis restaurantes favoritos fueron el Buffet Mangu donde hubo una gran oferta gastronómica y me trataron muy bien en especial Gregorio y José Luis el cual siempre estuvo muy al pendiente. Mis otros restaurantes favoritos fueron el Steak House y el Olé donde recibí excelente servicio de parte de todos sus empleados en especial Gregorio y Montero. El personal de limpieza siempre fue muy amable y dispuesto ayudarme en cualquier necesidad que tuve. Mi única sugerencia es que creo que deben poner música latina como bachata, merengue y salsa en el Bar de Saona ya que solo escuché música en ingles y uno que es latino le gusta escuchar nuestra música y también la música de Rep Dom. Estoy muy satisfecha con mi estadía en este Hotel y volvería sin pensarlo. Tuve unas magníficas vacaciones. Muy agradecida de todo el personal del hotel que hizo de mi estadía una muy placentera. Clean rooms, staff is amazing and bar had amazing drinks so much and pools were not crowded amazing !
