Hotel was nice but not 4.5 stars. More like 3.5. Room we booked was not the room we received. We were told that there were no rooms available so we had to take what they had. We got to the room and it was dirty, hair on the floor, a lot of dust and empty bottles. There was a maintenance guy working on the tub and room smelled like sewage. They ended up brining a humidifier which helped but not something you would expect in a 4.5 stars resort. Next day we spent about 3 hours working in switching rooms which they helped us with. Most of the restaurants are close to the lobby so if you have an ocean view room be prepared to walk for 0.3 miles every time you want to eat something. Otherwise it was okay.
