PLEASE READ: DO NOT PICK THIS ALL-INCLUSIVE HOTEL
1. Check-in process was so confusing. One of the staff told us to sit at the lobby, we sat there for more than 30 mins just waiting and when we decided to approach one of the staff, they told us they forgot about us.
2. Room smelled like sewer. Not cleaned properly.
3. Very LIMITED choices for restaurants. Most of the restaurants are only open for dinner. Only 1 restaurant is open during lunch. A lot of restaurants there are not included with the all inclusive. So much for calling it all inclusive. Reservation process for their restaurant is so inconvenient. You can only do it in person
4. Very poor customer service, no amount of tip can motivate the staff there. Hotel staff act like they are doing you a favor just because they don’t see you paying a bill after the meal.
5. People who are supposed to clean the room don’t “clean” the room. Room is dirty. We tried marking the towels just so we can checked if they are replacing it and voila! They are just folding it. No amount of tips will make them feel like they should do their job properly.
6. No servers around the beach area, you always have to walk to the bar.
7. Glasses are dirty. Drinks are poorly made. No bottled beers. Sometimes i feel like their beer doesn’t even have alcohol in them.
8. Same food at the beach bar/resto. They don’t ever switch it. At one point, they serve me raw fish skewers.
9. Soda’s are at room temp. You need to get ice.
