We loved our stay for our honeymoon. We opted for the Preferred Club- with a swim-up room and are so glad we did. We had so much fun. Staff, servers, and other staff were so friendly and helpful (we made friends with lots of other guests too). We absolutely would not hesitate to come back.

The staff genuinely made me feel like royalty with their warm, friendly demeanor and attentive service. My room was immaculate, showcasing a level of cleanliness that exceeded my expectations. The bed sheets and towels were of exceptional quality, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. Despite the beach shore being cluttered with sargassum, the beach lounge area offered a serene and inviting ambiance, providing a comforting escape where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The resort intentionally turned off all AC to all guest rooms with 4 hours notice, so they could upgrade their system. My AC never came back on and they had several rooms with the same issue. Suggest finding another property.

The grounds were beautiful and each day was packed with optional activities! There were plenty of food options and all were tasty! The staff were so friendly and happy! Would recommend 100%!

Very beautiful resort! Staff is kind and interactive! Great service! Housekeeping was on point in the room 2-3 times a day! Good variety of foods, the only caveat, my husband and I got sick from one of the places the last day of stay. This kind of made our experience bad, but hopefully, it’s just a single case

Nice time for our 30th anniversary, staff was very attentive. Never went without a drink. Only negative was that because of the seaweed and bad smell, the beach was unusable. All the restaurants were good, portions were good size.
