The morning verses night view. The staff was extremely helpful & polite. Denisse that works in the coffee shop has the most welcoming energy, Rudy who works as a bellman & Edwardo who books the excursions for the resort did an amazing job as well.

We were here for my sisters birthday and when we got to the property we decided to upgrade our room to preferred, so glad we did! We met Carlos our butler who was able to answer any questions we may have had. He was always friendly and answered us in a timely manner. The cleaning staff always did a great job in our rooms and around the property. Our favorite bar was in the preferred lounge with Robert G. And the swim up pool with Sebastian. Robert was amazing everytime we saw him even when he was exhausted. He kept smiling and making our experience so good we almost stayed a few extra days. Sebastian was making us unique drinks that was really good never got the name of them but they were always delicious. My sister and I will definitely come back to this resort. Especially since it was so big we never got the chance to see and go everywhere we wanted to. Thank you to everyone who made our experience wonderful with lasting memories.

Average rooms, I noted a few maintenance repair items needed in my room. Quite a few cracked tiles, missing grout, stain on bathroom tiles, cracked caulking, hair from previous guests in bathroom and headboard, build up of paint and not thoroughly cleaned. I picked the base room. Cobwebs in the bathroom behind the door etc. the buffet and restaurants were great! Wonderful staff. The resort energy was hit or miss depending if there was any pool events or not.

This was an amazing resort! One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. We booked the preferred junior suite with a private pool and really enjoyed that in the evenings! The quiet areas were our favorite. The lazy river cabanas are the best! Carlos was our butler - he was AMAZING and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip special. We did not care for the food at Olio but other restaurants were great. We wish the resort had a mocktail menu. It was difficult to get non-alcoholic drinks from the pool bars.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Upgrading to Preferred is well worth it, our concierge Daya was excellent. The room was clean and the private pool was a plus. The staff truly made our experience one to remember - Julio at Olio, Elizabeth at the coffee shop and hibachi with Hocqui, Sebastian and Felix at the bar, dinner with Marlon Brando :), Salsa with J Low….everyone was great!

Overall my experience was great. I did not like that my room was filled with bugs & dirty. My air also did not work and they worked on my room for hours and they couldn't give me a different room. They did fix the problems.

The service and level of attention was excellent. My wife and me developed gastrointestinal problems after one of the meals, in which both had the same appetizer and same main course, in one of the restaurants.
