This hotel was exceptional. Made you feel like a VIP guest as soon as you walk in . I have never encountered so many people as friendly as I did here.And where willing go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

The property is absolutely amazing. The food was great we especially loved the Tierra Restaurant. We had the swim out room so that was perfect. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary, so the pool privacy was perfect. What we didn't like was the Sales part. After checking you in they literally hand you off to a salesperson who promises a big raffle for a free weeks' vacation that never happened. It's a sales pitch for a Vacation Club. We were supposed to get a $200 resort credit, well they held it and gave it to us on our last day, odd right. If we had decided not to go to the presentation, then we wouldn't have gotten it but that was part of the package that we paid for through Expedia. Would I stay again yes, but I would not want to be almost forced to deal with a salesperson on my vacation. I wanted to relax and enjoy our time there, but they took up almost 4 hours of our last day.

It was a great resort! Amazing staff and amenities! The only critique I have… please don’t water down your higher end drinks like Grey Goose and Bourbon. The meals were excellent, but the drinks were pretty weak. Overall, we really enjoyed this place!

Service was impeccable we highly recommend off the service alone. We think that Ricky in the outside grill deserves a raise as well as Freddie they catered to our every need. Also bug shoutout to our housekeeper Mari she was very attentive and helpful she decorated our honey moon sweet. All in all we will be back!

Paid for all inclusive and expected great service. The food was below average and the drinks were watered down. We ended up leaving the resort a lot because the events and restaurants they had were not good. Beach was full of seaweed. Could barely get tipsy from drinks. Staff was very nice but they took very long when requested.
