The property is beautiful, pools fantastic, staff very attentive. The buffet has great options and the food quality. El Patio restaurant is top, we repeated dinner. One the chef’s, Geidil Mendez went out of his way to please us. Highly recommended hotel. Overall is definately one of the best we’ve been in the area.

The property was beautifully landscaped and the accommodations were excellent. The resort staff was very friendly and attentive. They also looked very professional in their uniforms. There were plenty of activities and entertainment to appeal to different tastes. The food choices and quality were very good. A great variety. The pools were excellent and the beach was equally nice, however, there was seaweed covering the beach during that week which limited our use. We would definitely return to this resort.

This was by far the nicest resort I’ve stayed in in Punta Cana. The facilities, staff, food and accommodations were all excellent. Shout out to Samantha and Carlenis two hostess’s for their daily friendly greeting. Our free upgrade for three extra days due to Air Canada strike was greatly appreciated.

Secret Tides was an amazing getaway! The resort offers a great selection of restaurants, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s not a party resort, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. There’s also an on-site bar with live music and dancing—perfect for low-key evenings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet escape with great service.
