Resort is nice but not even close to be a 5 star hotel. Resors is brand new and clean but service are lame and lousy. Stuff is not properly trained, food are mediocre.

I went here for a birthday trip with a group of friends and it was the best resort by far. Food was delicious, margaritas were perfect & the staff were friendly & funny. I gave it a 4.5 star because house cleaning came 3 times out my 6 day stay. Dishes piled up & my towels weren’t renewed.

Adult side Buffet is closed for dinner 3 days per week. This means you have to go to the family side buffet. We pay extra to stay on adults only resorts so we don’t need to deal with kids running around and screaming . These closures also overwhelm the family side buffet. Not a good policy .

The Serenade Adult & Suites Resort is very clean easy to get around the lobby, restaurant, pool and beach. The rooms are large, clean and very nice. My room was the swim out view to the bar pool, super nice. All the employees we met are super professional and very nice. Alma Castillo, Mia at Guest Service. Anthony Lopez, Miguel bartender. Jordany Cayetano beach security. All treat it us like royalty. Our room was the third building, room 3109 the housekeeper kept our room very clean and gave us extra towels. The downside with the resort the only good AC is in the rooms, no AC in the building hall when you get out of your room is very hot and humid in the hall of all the buildings. There is no AC in the lobby only very high ceiling fans that you can hardly feel the air. The area in the lobby that you seat to enjoy the shows is very hot, not confortable to stay for a long time. The lobby has two bars and a coffee station with gourmet coffee and dessert and sandwiches. The pools are super nice, the bartender service around the pool is very slow. The resort is very nice and very clean. Loved the Gourmet Restaurant and the Buffet Restaurant is very good. The entertainment group is super nice with all the guest, the shows that went on every night need a little improvement. The entertainment was the best Coco Loco and Pizza Colada. The resort needs a board in the lobby with the daily schedule of activities, also a schedule daily inside the room. Overall this resort was good. Frindly

The hotel and the surrounding area are beautiful, but the unwritten rules and regulations were overwhelming. The bar closes at 6 PM, and the pool closes at 8 PM, but they turn off as many lights as possible to ensure you leave well before then. One night, they even refused to serve me my first drink on the property at 5:48 PM because the owner was near the bar. For an “all-inclusive” resort, this hotel fell far short of expectations. While the room, amenities, and location were lovely, no one could have prepared us for the extensive restrictions during a bachelor party. And don’t even get me started on the quiet hours. Do your research and choose another property if you’re looking to have a good time. Please avoid this hotel at all costs for your bachelor or bachelorette party in Punta Cana. You will be inundated with limitations that truly make the experience forgettable.

Our stay at the Serenade All Suites was magical. We reserved a garden view room but upon checking in, the man assisting us at the front desk overheard us talking about how we were there to celebrate our anniversary and gave us a complementary upgrade on our room. From there, things just got better. Hotel staff is very attentive and nice. Restaurants have great food and service all around. Would definitely come back again to stay here.

Amazing staff and overall amenities. It's peaceful and the food is great! Although it is a new property, you get the feeling that they rushed the final details to meet a deadline, so you will encounter minor details that shouldn't be present in a property this new and regarded as a 5 star luxury resort.
