This property is beautiful. We had the room with the swim out pool. The room is very modern and clean; our maid service was above and beyond. The restaurants on the adult size are small but very adequate. The only negative was the cats that stay near the restaurants. The bar service in the lobby and adult pool was great.

I was very impressed with the resort . The staff overall was very professional and friendly. The service was great. The room was very nice and the ac was very cold and comfortable. There was a lot to do. Many shows every night. I will definitely go back.

The worst check inn experience

I have been to dozens of hotels and resorts while visiting the Dominican Republic. I have to say the Receptionist by the last name of Guerrero was rude and very unprofessional. Offered me an upgrade to which i declined. To begin with his attitude was terrible, and from that moment it became worse. The FIRST time at an all inclusive in which NOTHING is explained. Did not even mention restaurants or thier locations, hours for dinner, pool, etc... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I have been to Breathless, Excellence, Secrets, Royalton, Dreams, Ocean Blue, Riu Palace, Iberostar Bavaro, Melia, Barcelo, just to name a few. And this was the worst experience i have ever had with a receptionist.

I stayed in the adults only side. It was super peaceful. The property was incredible but the drink and food weren’t the best. The margaritas were probably the worst I’ve ever had. The mojitos were better. I’d recommend the sports bar, steak house and la palapa, main lobby bar and Koi.

Amazing, I did travel to surprise my girl on her birthday we spent one night, she loved, we planning to comeback for more time now, on night and one day wasn’t enough for us to spent time together on a beautiful place. Incredible service, the staff people very helpful, the food very good. I never wrote a reviews before l. But this one has to be seen. Wait for me soon again. 10/10

The property was nice, it could use a little updating as the doors were damaged due to condensation. Overall the property was clean and tidy. Staff was very nice for the most part and Lucy was amazing!! Franklin in the roof top bar was the best and you need 10 of him to replace the bartenders at the swim up pool.

I’m going to try to keep this short and sweet. The beach is disgusting. The water is no better than New York beaches and it smells putrid like eggs. The food is mediocre AT BEST. Staff is unfriendly. Cockroaches the size of my thumb in the bathroom and hallway. They do not have air conditioning anywhere but in your room, including restaurants. Room service takes 3 calls before you receive anything. Top shelf alcohols are extra. There’s certain areas that are for elite members which is an extra fee. Spa is overpriced. I can go on, but you get it.

That's my 4th visit to this hotels Overall pretty good, like before Cleaning lady did excellent job,so the yong men,who restock fridge daily. My room 2326,very nice, good condition, everything worked. Staff friendly and nice. Entertaining team doing pretty good jobs Pineapple in charge, she is everywhere. Ice-cream stations didn't work in both buffet s since may ,nobody cares. quality of fruits below average.

Outstanding experience! We had a room with a hot tub—had issues with that & the hot tub had a sulfur like smell. Dididnt really use more than once. Food was good. Very limited room service & it took quite a while. It was exactly what we wanted for our first all inclusive resort—-quiet & relaxing.
