Opinión general del hotel: En general, es un buen hotel y puedo recomendarlo. Las instalaciones son agradables y los restaurantes a la carta ofrecen una comida excelente, además de contar con personal muy amable y atento en la mayoría de las áreas. Aspectos que deberían mejorar: Sin embargo, hubo varios detalles que me preocupan. Pedí servicio a la habitación en tres ocasiones y nunca llegó; tampoco presentaron excusas. Esto me causó molestias y mi esposa pasó hambre esperando. La señora del área de reservas de restaurantes fue poco cortés y no me brindó ayuda, aunque otro miembro del personal sí se preocupó por resolver la situación. También pedí apoyo especial por ser mi aniversario —incluso ofrecí pagarlo—, pero no colocaron ningún detalle ni realizaron nada al respecto. Además, la señora de limpieza arrojó agua sucia en la piscina privada de la habitación swim-up, algo totalmente inapropiado. Otro inconveniente fue que colocaron la habitación de mi hija lejos de la nuestra, a pesar de que solicitamos estar cerca. Las llaves de la habitación tampoco funcionaron correctamente, y tuve que volver a recepción varias veces para reprogramarlas. El bufé no fue de buena calidad, aunque, como mencioné, los restaurantes a la carta sí resultaron excelentes. Conclusión: Creo que el hotel tiene mucho potencial, pero necesita mejorar la atención al detalle y la coordinación del personal. Son errores pequeños, pero constantes, que afectan la experiencia general.

Adults only section was quiet best feature we had access to family side. Hospitality and clean rooms. The only negative was the warped doors due to humidity. Regardless , I would stay there again.

Property was only ok. Our first room had glass in the swim out pool and a toilet that didn’t work. The resort promptly swapped our room with a new one but the rooms were sub par. The pool is very loud with activities. The food is inconsistent, it will all depend on who is serving. They struggle to keep food at the buffet a reasonable temp. Cheese is always warm and floppy and hot food is usually room temp very rarely hot. The housekeeping staff (even though tipped 5usd/day) rarely left the appropriate amount of towels. Not a bad resort but there a definitley better ones out there.

Even though our stay at Serenade Adult Hotels in Punta Cana started off on an unpleasant note, the management along with Ernesto and Mildred, quickly turned things around and transformed our experience into something positive. Their effort and care completely changed our perspective and our review. I would also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Andy, Lucy, and Joan for making my husband’s birthday such a beautiful day to remember. Because of their dedication and the way the team handled our concerns, we went from not wanting to return to actually looking forward to coming back. Most likely, we will at ine point . Thank you

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would never recommend this hotel. I booked through Expedia based on the advertised 8.8 rating and was shocked by how unsafe and misrepresented it was. The doors did not lock and the patio was shared, which left me feeling completely insecure. The lounge chairs were filthy, covered in puck and debris. No food was available until 6 PM even though I arrived mid-afternoon at 2:40 PM. Nothing was mentioned about this at booking. The overall environment felt extremely unsafe and absolutely not what I trusted Expedia to provide. I contacted Expedia within the first hour of arrival and ended up paying for a flight out within 24 hours just to leave. To make things worse, the hotel forced me to sign papers to leave but refused to let me state my reasons. This property is completely misrepresented online and should not carry such a high rating. If you value safety, honesty, and basic hospitality—avoid this hotel

The staff were definitely colorist. We were locked out of our room for almost 3 hrs and I kept going back and front from the room to the front desk and no one came to open the door and when I called no one answered but I walked up there someone was sitting there but ignoring the call! Food was absolutely disgusting and the restaurant reservation was limited! Overall horrible I would never be back

Our room was clean and the a/c was awesome. This resort is a great value for the $$$. It would be even better without the towel cards ( towels are low quality and I doubt anyone would take one home ! ), the dinner reservations are too complicated ( with an extra restaurant no reservations would be needed ) and closing the restaurant doors would keep the temp. down inside. We spent 7 days at Serenade and only had 1 day with rain. All in all a great vacation, especially considering what we paid. We would not recommend the elite / preferred upgrade as many 5 star resorts already have that upgrade included in their price point.
