The resort was very relaxing and the staff was friendly .. only had few issue the app on the phones didn’t always work to book the restaurants , we asked for wash clothes and they never brought them even after them calling to ask if we still need them, and the inside the room was two dead cockroaches. Overall it was a good experience.

This is our first stay at Serenade All Suites Adults Only & 3rd trip to Punta Cana. It was our best experience in the DR so far. We loved how close it is to the airport. We went for 5 days, looking for a quiet place to relax. This is definitely not a party resort. The food was pretty good, but definitely not 5* (3 of the 4 of us in our party had GI issues after the last meal at the tappenyaki restaurant). I found the property clean, but there are a few maintenance issues (the rooftop jacuzzi was not working in their room at all). I think the family side looks significantly more run down than the adults only side. We loved how there were plenty of chairs and nobody felt stacked on top of each other. The resort was not over crowded at all. I did not like the bed or the bedding/pillows at all, and didn’t get much for good sleep during our stay. Overall it was a great experience and I most likely would come back.

Excellent property if you want to just relax and enjoy the pools and beach. Always found beach chairs and pool chairs. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Ocean calm and warm. Not really deep - could go from knee deep to up to my neck. Great just to float and enjoy. 3 pools were never crowded. You can pick either semi party pool or very quiet. Good choice of restaurants. Loved the whole experience and would not hesitate a return trip. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, we did have lots of rain but that is not the fault of the hotel. It is not for crazy party people which was good for us. Highly recommend this property.

Needs more entertainment on this side which is adults only. We found that it was very slippery around the property, out of group of 6 of us that we went with 4 of us slipped and fell , one of my friends injured his toe pretty bad. I think they need to fix this issue , having just wet floor signs does stop it from being slippery. Overall great resort the best one i’ve been too.
