The resort aesthetic was very welcoming. However, the constant nagging and sell tactics were extremely annoying. I was never able to walk the lobby or resort without being approached by a salesperson. The suite was surface level cleaned and needs to be deep cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The food was terrible. Everything shuts down at 7. I wouldn't recommend.

Staff is very rude and unhelpful. Even with tips very little is done. Room is not clean and furniture was damaged. Towels smell bad no matter how many times they are replaced. Room did not even include three towels for three people. Service was very slow when we requested a new towel, 45 minutes to get a new towel. Staff is sarcastic and does not help. When we checked in we were not given any information about where our room was, where any amenities were or even where we could find food. All staff were quite unhelpful. People are constantly harassing you about excursions and trying to con you into things you don’t want to buy. They never take no for an answer and completely ruined the peace and quiet we wanted from our vacation. Also scammed us into a « welcome » breakfast which was basically just a sales pitch to buy a hotel membership. We spent two hours explaining to them that we’re not interested and were basically held hostage until they finally let us go. The food was the only good thing but the staff in the buffet were also extremely slow and some were rude.

I enjoyed the food here and the pools. They also had shows and entertainment throughout the week. The only complaint is the beach being full of seaweed but I traveled during a time where that is typical. They were doing everything they could to ensure the seaweed was cleaned up. I also am not a fan of the pushy sales people on the beach. We did end up booking an excursion with one of them which was a 10/10 experience!

Property is gorgeous & clean … food is absolutely freaking disgusting. Lack of Dominican culture. Drinks were good ! But the food lol I’d rather chug urine than eat there again. Don’t ever get a hamburger ! Like ever !

We couldn't use the beach because of the seaweed, our money was stolen from the safe box, staff wasn't friendly, it took them 3 hours to check us in when we arrived. Please take action🙏

Was descent. Poor care and maintenance of property. All of the restaurants were very good with good service and food quality. Beach cleared up the last two days of our 7 night stay

This resort is amazing. Don’t like the beach as much because it was dirty (but the weather didn’t help). Staff (depending where) were very attentive some not so much and acted as if we were a bother to them. We will be back to this property and hope things improve with excellent customer service!

The resort was beautiful and the food was excellent from the restaurants to the buffet. The rooms were clean; anytime our room needed service it was done quickly and efficiently. The spa on the resort was worth every penny ! I would like to thank the whole entire staff for the care, time and effort that was put into making sure we enjoyed our stay there. We will be back !!!

Communication was lacking, the food at the Italian restaurant is abysmal. Workers are extremely kind and helpful, but no one showed us around the property.
