It was our second time back. We loved it last year. This year I was suffering from unknown appendicitis so I wasn't able to enjoy the resort. My husband enjoyed the food and the resort.

Staff were friendly although there was a language barrier a lot of times. Buffet was ok food but excellent desserts. Restaurants were better quality of food but you need to make all your reservations ASAP or they are taken up quickly. Pool was big but we kept to the beach the entire stay. You want to place your towels down to reserve spots early (we did at 6:15am and then watched the sunrise) or the front spots are taken. They have thatched huts to give you shade which we loved. Water is shallow right at the report but clean and warm. They keep the grounds very clean.

The drinks were terrible. Food was also not great. Some of the staff were rude. There were people constantly trying to get you to buy into a 30 year contract with them and made it sound like you could not make dinner reservations unless you went up for a meeting with them.
