The people were great, they try to do the beat they can with what they have. I reported problems with the phone in the room and they fixed the last night. We order eoom service from the neighboring room.There was no food available after one of the excursion we did per the hotel staff there was nothing available until dinner. Also nothing to do after 11pm. If you are older than 60 then this may be your place.

This resort offers a pleasant stay with some mixed experiences. The food was definitely above average, with a variety of options that exceeded expectations. It’s a quiet, small resort, which is ideal if you’re looking for a more relaxed and intimate vibe. Drinks were great, with well-crafted cocktails that added to the overall enjoyment. However, the Wi-Fi was a big disappointment. If you like to travel with a Fire Stick or rely on strong connectivity, be prepared for frustration. The rooms could also use some updates to feel more modern and comfortable. One downside was the lack of visible VIP services. Despite booking with certain expectations, I had to specifically request robes, which felt like a missed detail for a resort of this caliber. Overall, this is a solid choice if you value peace, good food, and great drinks, but there’s room for improvement in amenities and service.

I did not like the hotel because it was very limited with meals, I had to go out to eat on the street on two occasions. I think it is a very expensive hotel for its services, it does not have a beach, you have to leave the hotel, pay to enjoy it.

I checked out 2 days earlier than scheduled for my vacation. I wasn’t served the welcome drink upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk staff asked the lady to serve me but she put up a frown and an attitude., attended to people who met me at the lobby and later brought me a cup of the drink which I chose not to drink. Refrigerator in room not working. I asked for it to be fixed so I could get cold water to drink in the hot weather but it wasn’t fixed for 2 days. I had no access to cold water. No ironing board in room No trash can in room Requested for assistance with the TV in the room from Customer Services but sent no help despite promise. No hand soap in restroom, I had to request before I was given. House keeping didn’t clean my room on 2nd day despite request. Very poor customer services.

Do not go to this property! They have horrible customer service. Will pressure you for tips and try to sell you an upgraded package that isn’t worth it. And when they ruin your personal property they won’t don’t anything to make it right. Not even apologize.

THE RESORT WAS REALLY NICE & VERY CLEAN. EVERY MORNING THE CREW WAS MANICURING THE YARD.SWIM UP ROOMS ARE THE BOMB. ONLY THING I SAY TO IMPROVE IS THE SELECTION OF FOOD. CHECK OUT BLUE MALL PUNTA CANA. YES IF GO BACK.

I really enjoyed my stay with TRS, our butler was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff is all really good, the entertainment staff, the bar staff, the servers. I would go back and hope to soon!

Not sure why this resort is 5 stars. Looks different in person and much much smaller. Only 2 restaurants on the property. They offer early check-in but nothing was available. Waited 5hrs in their lobby because they did not allow me to hang by the pool or bar until my room was ready, they said they’d have to charge me extra. The food was indeed good for the most party. Not much options for breakfast. No open buffet area or all day eating place. Had to starve because I missed the lunch hours and the restaurant was closed until dinner. Pool area wasn’t so clean, lots of dead bugs in the pool. Towels had many stains. There’s no entertainment area. Hosted a game night and karaoke night all in the same lobby area where people are also trying to check-in and out. A very weird setup. I was so bored, everyone looked bored to be honest. I could hear other guests making the same complaints. This resort had a lot of false advertisement on the property. There’s no beach on property. They said there was a man-made beach but it was just water and rocks in a small area. Very unpleasant view and looked much different from the photos online. As a frequent traveler, I’d rate this place 3 out of 5 stars. I was very underwhelmed & feel mislead. Won’t be returning to TRS resorts. Disappointing experience.
