The staff here was very nice. Our butler, Randy, was very accommodating. Esteban at La Boheme was an excellent server. Marcos at the grill and Helios also was a great server. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. We had an amazing time! TRS Turquesa is now our favorite resort in Punta Cana. The food was delicious with tons of restaurants to choose from (Spanish, Mexican, Indian, Japanese, Asian, Italian, and more). We loved the sports area, gym, sports bar, and night entertainment. We had the best butler ever, his name is Rodney. He made our anniversary special by decorating our room, putting a bottle of champagne, and bringing us some cake. By the way, the beach was gorgeous with its different shades of blue and our favorite place was the secret pool.

Our butler, Noris, did a great job providing us with outstanding service. She made our reservations for the restaurants, events, and helped schedule the excursions. She even decorated our room and made sure everything was in place. Looking forward to coming back again. This was our third time there and we met so many others who have been at TRS more than 10 times. I also want to thank the POP team for keeping us and others involved in activities. It was a great vacation.

Norielis was an amazing help she booked all of our reservations and was quick to attend to any of our needs or request. All the staff was friendly during our stay. The room was clean and well maintained. There were so many different food options on site there was no need to leave the resort. We will definitely be coming back for sure
