Place and staff were amazing ! Nori our butcher did a great job helping with everything and the restaurant and pool grill were very good too ! Activities in the pool and the beach everyday with the instructor David was fun.. highly recommended ! Clean and friendly staff too

Whe had a wonderful vacation, I would definitely come back to TRS in Punta Cana again. Amazing services so you can completely spend your time doing R&R or you can do fun excursions. Our personal butler Randy made all of our dinner reservations, took care of our transportation & helped to make one couple in our group 25th anniversary an extra special celebration!

The room was amazing, the staff very friendly and the facilities and the beach were all great. The butler in our facility was also always eager to help. We only had 2 issues. The cleaning staff were always chatting very loudly in the hallway which always woke us up. The other issue was that the restaurants are very slow - expect to wait for a waiter for 15 min to show up, then wait another 30 min for the first course to start arriving and more for the rest of the meal. You really need to allocate several hours at the a la carte restaurants. It was a little frustrating. However, overall we really enjoyed our time there and definitely recommend it to others.

I would have rated this resort 5 stars if they can improve their process so that there is no long wait in restaurants (during dinner time). The entertainment programs can also be improved. Staff are not well trained to be efficient, in some cases seem to be confused on what to do and debating with each other while customers wait and watch.
